April, 19/15, 12:55 a.m. – at home in bedside book
I have more to share with My People.
Quiet your hearts. Settle into My Most Sacred Heart. Feel the Goodness I want to instill in you.
How do you want to feel?
Most people would say --- healthy, happy,
joyful, un-suffering.
These are what you can find in My Most
Sacred Heart.
The un-suffering you are seeking is not a
lack of suffering, but rather understanding the richness of suffering.
Of course we do not want to suffer because
so often it appears to be in vain.
Yet no suffering offered to Me is ever in
vain.
It is usually in vain when it interferes
with our plans, however it makes good sense when you see My Hand on it for a
Higher Purpose.
It is like giving your life up for
another. Are you willing to endure
suffering – i.e. give up your good healthy life – to save another’s soul?
We look at suffering as an interference in
our life’s plan. How dare it step in and
take over when you were doing quite, quite well without it.
It almost seems like it is interfering with
your life.
You did not plan to suffer at this stage of
your life, so it is more a bother than a means of saving other souls.
It really does interfere with our plans. Do we ask Jesus, when we are suffering, if
this is part of His Plan for you?
We perhaps don’t even think to speak with
Jesus at all except perhaps to cease the suffering which is now upon us and
which is interfering with our life’s plan.
We don’t see the point in suffering because
we had all sorts of things planned that we were going to do, and some of them
we thought God would think were pretty worthwhile.
Have I forgotten to surrender my control
over me and my day to the Lord?
I surrender myself but does that include
controlling my suffering too?
So, when I suffer during the day will I
willingly and hastily surrender it to the Lord or am I only willing to
surrender when all is going well?
Are you willing to give up your life for
another?
You had never thought of it in this context
before --- surrendering your suffering to save souls.
Now, you know I, Jesus, am the only
Saviour, but your ‘suffering surrender’ shows Me you are most willing to give
up your planned life for the sake of another.
Did I not do the same for you?
You can either take on suffering as a
horrible burden and a dark interference in your life, or you can make of it a
thing of beauty, a prized pearl.
Do not run around looking for suffering,
rather when it does arrive at your doorstep, realize the many Graces and
Blessings it brings with it – for you and for others.
Now to sleep. Thank you for listening to My Words of
Encouragement and Acceptance.
From now on do not look at suffering as an
interference in you life’s plan, but rather as an onslaught of Graces and
Blessings that you don’t want to miss out on.
These are Graces and Blessings needed by
each soul to grow closer to Me.
Although the suffering might deplete you
bodily, it will strengthen you spiritually.
What a blessing in disguise suffering is.
O Lord, help me to surrender all of me to
you --- my plans, my thoughts, my actions. Do not, through your Generous
Graces, allow suffering to distract me from surrendering.
