#208 Sunday, November
24, 2013, 11:45, St Theresa’s, Feast of
Christ the King, before the Blessed Sacrament.
Lord, reveal to me what, how I should see your Kingship.
Do you want me to adore only you as King. I beg you to reveal this to me.
I honor you by calling you aside to be with Me, your King
and yet your Pauper.
I seek to be more than a title to you, I seek to serve all
your needs.
As King you give Me honor and glory, yet do you see Me as
King in the manger?
You feel at that time of My Life I did not have the power
that a King should have. Yet I did.
I do not come to you piece meal.
I am ALL in ALL and for ALL.
I do not mind at all the titles you, My Church, have given
Me. Yet I beg all of My People to
realize that I am more than each title and each title does not contain the ALL
of Me.
I accept your praise and thanks, yet I beg you to not limit
it to certain times, occasions, happenings.
Look to see Me as Your King daily, as Your Saviour daily, as
your friend daily, as your care giver daily, as your partner in prayer, as your
spouse, as your friend in need.
You can keep adding and adding what I want to be for
you. What I beg you to let Me be for
you.
I wear My Kingly Crown not to lord it over you but to lead
you to realize the Kingdom I am offering you.
I want to be your heart beat, your pulse, your every breath
--- now that doesn’t sound like Kingship does it. That sounds more something a King would have
a servant do in His stead. Yet I do not. I do not ask someone else to look after this
or that about you while I take care of the more stately things which could
evoke from you more praise and gratitude.
I do not thrive on praise and gratitude. I delight in My People coming to Me and
confiding in Me, in asking Me, in thanking Me not for My Glory but for their
good and right sense of who they are and who I am and who I want to be to them.
If I were only a King, you could not dress well enough to
come into My Presence day in and day out, moment by moment. You would not feel secure, worthy, suitable
to be in My Presence.
Remember My Kingship is not one of pomp and grandeur. It could not be otherwise I would not have
been born in a manger.
My Kingship title is to enlighten all that I am in charge of
ALL of Creation. Whether you wish to
accept that or not does not matter. What
I mean is for those of you who are able to accept it, it further enlightens you
to the Greatness of God.
Praise Me then because of this enlightenment --- otherwise
you would not be secure in ‘who is in charge?’
Your honor on this day is more of Trust. You trusting in Me
as in charge of your life, as a caregiver for you for your life.
Do not struggle with titles for Me. The only thing you need proclaim to your
heart is that I am in charge of caring for all of you because you have asked Me
to.
I know what My God-given Role is, but do you?
I am here to be ALL for you.
Sometimes you might need Me as a King, a pauper, a
caregiver, a friendly friend, an accomplice, an agitant, a secret keeper, a
solace, a shoulder to cry on.
I am ALL of these and so much more.
So you come aside on this Feast of Christ the King not to
proclaim Me as King lording it over you, but as King of ALL your needs, not Mine,
but yours.
It is not My title you need to revere. It is Me you need to revere.
Once again, I do not mind My Titles My Church has given Me, but dare to look beyond My Titles and come meet Me.
Meet Me as you climb the stairs, hang curtains, sing a
lullaby, watch people at a shopping mall, cry because you have lost a dear one.
Walk with Me as the Only Truth you will ever need. The Only One who knows you inside and out and
each and every fibre of your being.
Even the newest of medical machines can never, will never
know you like I know you. Not Me getting
to know you over time but know you fully and completely right this moment and
the next.
Cry Alleluia – you know Me!! I am part of your every
fibre. Continue to seek to know more and
more of Me.
As you beg for this wisdom, I will impart it to you.
Mind you, be aware that what I reveal you may not
particularly like because you already have your mind made up on this and that.
However, if you really, really want the Eternal Wisdom I am
eager to share with you, then be very prepared to give to Me a lot more of you.
And therein lies the challenge -- How do I get wiser and yet still hold onto
me?
You can’t and you won’t.
Remember it is only More of Me if you are more than willing to sacrifice
more and more of you.
You will not be able to wear the Crown of Glory until you
proclaim to your heart who really wears the Crown of Glory, and let Him wear it
in your daily life.
So come adore Christ the King and ask to understand more and
more what this title really wants to impart to your heart.
