Yes I do

It is simple.  “Do You love me?”  And it can be said this way too “Do you Love Me?”

Do you see the difference?   It is Me asking you and you asking Me.

Let Me answer the first one:  “Yes I do.”

Now you answer the second question.  Are you hesitant?  Do you have to think about it?  Like what does it imply if I tell the Lord I Love Him?

Hmmm.  Interesting eh?  In the first one I do not hesitate one iota, and I know what I did for you to bring the Fullness of this Love to you --- I gave ALL of Me for your salvation.

Now are you able to do the same --- give Me the all of you for your salvation.

Isn’t it interesting that I gave the ALL of Me to save your soul and now I ask you to give the All of you to save your soul.

Let this not contradict the Church’s and Christ’s teaching.  It is a hand in hand message.

I surely suffered and died to set your soul safe and saved.

Now what I ask of you is to now give Me your soul, your saved soul, so that together we work towards bringing other souls to knowing Me.

ALL souls have been saved by My Death and Resurrection.

Yet, it does not mean that through your free will – a great gift from God --- that you cannot toss your soul aside and tell Me you do not want to be saved. 

Sovereign

Why do we hesitate to adore the Lord in all things, in all ways?

Do we feel we have a better way, that we don’t have to take time to address the fact that He is sovereign in our hearts and minds?

Perhaps because He is not sovereign?

What do we place ahead of the Lord?

Are we even conscious of placing Me first and foremost?

Because when you do, you are then able, more able, to heed how, where I lead you.

You see, if we do not have Christ, Me, first and foremost, then anything, person, can sneak in and take over.

It is very, very simple.  Either I AM first and foremost or some other or something is.

I want you to realize this because it then enables you to look around and see with whom, with what you spend most of your day.

And, if you take any time to check them out, you will easily see that in most cases, it is not Me.

What a great guiding post!  “Who or what Lord do I spend most of my time with ?”

Dare to ask yourself that question and then make sure you are attentive to the answer.
You may not change your ways, but at least you will be able to admit to your soul who or what it is that dominates your life.

Ask Me for the Grace to have Me as first and foremost in your life.

Just Moments

Come and Be with Me My People.  Shun all else to Be with Me.
That may seem like a hard task, but you can learn to do it in small bits and pieces at a time so that you are not doing a whole pile at once. 

That is why some of us will not come aside because they think they need to take big bunches of time

No, No.  Just start with moments of time.

Tell Me, right not, that you want your soul to BE in My Presence.

Don’t you think I will grant the wish of a sincere heart?

Weapons of War

Put down your weapons of war.

But your immediate response is, “Lord, I do not wield any weapons of war.”

Yet, I tell you do you carry anger, resentment, jealousy in your heart --- then these are your weapons of war!

Ask Me for the Grace to recognize and confess your weapons of war that strive to come out and cause hurt, pain, dissension between you and others.

We just think of these, and such negative emotions, as just things that we feel because we have been hurt, we think the other is stupid and even more importantly that God has not taken the proper action.

So, who are we warring against when such emotions arise?

Well, against Me of course
--- angry that anyone could do such a thing --- and I did not stop them.
--- jealous of another’s talents --- that I did not give to you also.
--- upset because things did not go your way --- that I did not let them go your way.

I could go on and on.

So, PLEASE remember when you get these negative emotions they take you away from God because they are directed at God.  God did not do the right thing as seen through your eyes.

We have never thought of our negative emotions as weapons of war against God.

But, oh yes they are!

So, do not hesitate when any of these weapons of war appear in your life, run to Me and ask for the Grace to discard these weapons of war that are really and only directed at Me!

a Content Love

What is it like to sit quietly with little or no distractions?   Have you tried it lately?

With no plans, no wonderings, no commitments.  Just you and Me together in silence – neither one bothering the other.

How does one sit with God and neither ask nor ponder this or that about your life?

Isn’t it hard just to BE with God with NO agenda.

Not even praying.  Ask Me for the Grace to BE with Me.

It is not a time provided for you to ask or Me to speak, or you to pray or Me to instruct.

Being together takes us to a higher, a deeper relationship.  One that indicates the willingness of both to BE together in silence.  One that supplies a time of non-words, just a content Love that flows without either of us ‘making’ it happen.

So beware, it will not be a feeling. Do not look for a feeling, but rather ask for the Grace to BE with Me.

Our BEINGS joined in deep Love and Trust.

Now it may not happen unless you ask for this Grace because this is a whole new way of BEING together, and you may not remember to ask for this Grace because you may be busy with prayers and praise.

Can you imagine the kind of praise you offer Me in just BEING with Me!

There is no set time, no set time frame, no plans other than to work with the Grace of BEING together. 

Ask Me to remind you to ask for this Grace of BEING together  --- it does not have to be any length of time at all.

Like you can’t say “well for this next half hour I will BE with the Lord.”

It is way beyond timing it or your planning of it.

Why not let Me plan the time and place because you have surrendered ALL to Me and that includes time.

Erase your presumption of what BEING with Me looks like or is. 

Instead, ask for the Grace to BE with Me. 

And then leave it up to Me to supply it when I see fit.
