Just be silent.
Listen for the silence around you.
Allow silence to be Created in you.
In other words --- stop your busy-ness.
Our brains get chugging along as soon as we wake up.
But, I suggest, you just remain silent on waking.
Not an easy thing to do. But a blessing to do.
It sort of gives your body and mind the experience of being awake yet with nothing to do.
It is a good feeling.
It brings peace into your day and not rushing thoughts and works.
Enjoy these calm moments when body and mind do not feel like they have to accomplish anything but just BEING.
