Teach me how to pray

Come now, you do not want to be chastised do you.

So, when I ask you to come and be with Me, do you presume that some, or half or all of it will consist of Me telling you that you have sinned.

Who would come to anyone to be chastised? 

The majority of times we come to hear we are Loved or share some of ourselves with the other.

If anything, we do not seek chastisement, but rather forgiveness.

So, come to Me and let’s chat.  Let’s pray together. 

Perhaps you need to learn how to pray not so that your prayers will be answered, but so your prayers will be more expressive of your trust and dependence on My Will.

Come and learn how to truly pray from the Creator of prayer.  It is not so much the words we use as much as it is the way we pray.

Are you praying in Trust, with Trust, in union with the Will of God?

Come, Holy Spirit, Come.  Teach me how to pray. 

how to thank Me

Come, Adore Me.  I Call and you come.  But you do not have to wait for My Call, do you?

Interesting that when we do go, sort of on our own thought, we think that we have thought it up to go and adore the Lord.

Do you not think that I have Graced you with that thought to come aside and BE with Me?

Credit Me with ALL! 

Now, you will say “but Lord, I can’t credit You with instilling bad thoughts in me.”  And that is absolutely correct. 

But you can credit the Father with your free will that enables you to make good, Godly choices.
Search into the cracks and crevices of your being to see what else you think you have created on your own.

I should say, don’t waste your time trying to search the all of you because that takes up precious time you could be spending with Me.

Believe Me when I suggest that you thank Me for the ALL of you whether you are sick or healthy.  Express to Me your marvelous trust that I have Created you and will be with you in ALL circumstances. 

You can choose not to celebrate Me when you are suffering, yet again you can thank Me for the free will bestowed on you by the Father to not be grateful!

How do you thank Me when you are suffering?
 Thank Me for the free will to thank Me or not.
 Thank Me for being with you even if it doesn’t seem that I am.
 Thank Me that you have someone who cares.

Remember, even if you have a human being who cares about you deeply, they still cannot eradicate ALL your pain when you are suffering.  Yet you thank them for their loving help.

So you can thank Me in the same way.

Come join in the Praise and Worship!

But have you noticed that people think they will look crazy if they Praise and Worship Me?

But some of you may do it loudly, some of you may do it silently.  I did not say how to do it.  I just invited you, as a particular person, to come and praise and worship Me in your particular way.

Do not confuse how you come to adore Me, with adoring Me.  So do you avoid coming to adore because you prefer to do it quietly?   Then come and do so.

I ask you to adore Me, not for My Sake, but your sake and the sake of the World.

Are we afraid to pay homage to our Maker?  But we don’t want to overdo it, do we.

So we must not go too often, because we will look too holy.  Did I ask you to do it to be seen by others, or to do it to BE with Me?

When you do not step aside, I wonder why?.   What has captured your soul that should be My Sole Possession? 

Let Me hear your answers.  I want you to put into words what is taking you away from adoring Me --- Creator, Saviour, Wisdom Giver.

Love Delight

O how I joyfully await My People. 

See how those who come to the chapel delight in being with Me and I delight in being with them!

That does not mean, for an instant, that I do not delight in those who don’t come, who can’t come, who do not feel the need to come.

It is no reflection on our relationship at all! 

So, don’t you be upset.  You set your face in delight.  Tell Me how delighted you are to be with Me.  Let Me tell you how delighted I am to have you here.

Our spirits unite in this delight one with the other.

Let this delight lift your soul to another level.  We sometimes get stuck on the level of the world --- what we hear, see, touch, taste.

Let this Love Delight lift our souls above the human realm to the Divine.  Yes, you are still sitting in the chapel, but you are more than just in the chapel. 

Your soul is abounding in My Love --- endeavoring, seeking My Love through coming here and chatting with Me and listening to Me.

The pounds of trash our Union can lift from your soul is amazing.

Let Me take your trash.  Give Me your trash.  Let Me help you lighten your burden.

You see, when you come here that is what is most likely to happen.

Not that it won’t happen elsewhere, yet here is where you are most likely to share the junk you have been carrying and wish to toss it into My Lap.

“Here Jesus, take care of this, take care of me.”

Do you see, by tossing your trash on Me, you are asking at the same time for Me to take care of the ALL of you.

What great faith!!

Sometimes, we do not think of this as a great expression of our faith.   But IT IS!

Unburden your burdens on Me.
