Take care to walk carefully in My Words.
Endeavor to avoid your desire to do this or that, and stay focused on Me.
Lord sometimes I find it hard to stay focused on You.
That is understandable, but realize that as long as you stay focused on you, there is less time to be focused on Me!
Sort of a shocking revelation when it is said like that isn’t it?
We don’t think that the more time we spend doing our thing, the less time you are spending with Me.
And just repeating it like this still doesn’t always shock us to what we are doing.
--- To how much time we are spending on the ‘self’ instead of on the One who is so, so in charge of my ‘self’.
Lord, I give you permission to remind me to step out of my ‘self’ into your Most Sacred Gaze.
Why does my humanity ache to be served rather than me serving You?
