Talk to Me first. Talk to Me about how you are grieving.
Yes, you can share your grief with others, but be sure that you come to Me first and lay it all out before Me.
Do you want a solution for your grief, or do you wish to carry on grieving without My Help?
Ask Me to open the eyes of your soul. Yes do not look at grief with only your human emotions.
Look to your soul which seeks to strengthen you through Me.
You just can’t grieve and not share it with Me if you are a believer.
So each time your body leads you to the grief mode, rush to Me with your grief. Name your grief and tell Me you willingly hand it over to Me to be sanctified.
Had you ever thought of having your grief sanctified, made sacred?
It seems odd, yet when you bring it to Me and I surround it by My Sacred Heart what do you think happens?
You see, we keep it within us, grief that is, but it needs to be surrounded by My Love to make it soft and acceptable.
What you are grieving, you then see in a different light.
Wow, eh?
Yes, once it is Loved by Me, it is no longer a futile, lingering, draining grief. But a healthy grief as seen through My Eyes.
It is never too late to learn this marvellous Blessing.
Ask for the Grace of Grief. Sounds odd, but doesn’t most of what I have said so far sound odd compared to societies norms?
So, I want your grief. You can tell Me you aren’t finished with it yet, but this also tells Me that you do not trust Me with it!

Why would I not trust God with my grief?
