Though I walk through the valley of darkness.... What darkness are you facing in your life now?
Perhaps there is none, but none the less know that I am with you even in darkness.
In other words --- be prepared!
Do not feel great with My Company when all seems to be going well, then much less great when all seems dark with worry and World happenings.
I want you to always be prepared for the good and for the darkness -- to be able, through My Graces, to walk with Me through both.
It is easy to walk with Me when all seems to be going well, yet, need I remind you, that when all seems to be going well, we sometimes do not take the time or trouble to thank and praise Me.

Be sure to continue to praise and thank Me in the good times. Do not let these prayers slip from your heart because you may feel you need Me less.
You need ALL My Graces, ALL the Time, so please be careful and vigilant, not to the point of insanity, but be ever closer with Me when it is good times.
It is like slippery stairs. When it is dry the wood is not so slippery, but does that mean we take our attention off of being careful on the stairs?
So, this is how I want you to walk with Me. With Me always in a sense of attention and closeness.
Smiling yes, aware of Me yes, content with My Presence, content to serve Me when I call you even in good times.
You see, you rush to Me when things are not so good --- well at least I hope you rush to Me.
But if our relationship in the good times has not wavered, then there is no need to rush to Me!
Because our relationship does not need to be strengthened according to whether or not things are good or bad.
Our relationship has to be steady and strong at all times.
