#743 Thurs. Oct. 26/17 in missal (false gods are never Holy)
O Holy One, O Immortal One, Come, come take room in my heart.
I need Your sustenance, direction, courage to keep faithful to what mission You want for me today.
Come ask Me to care for you.
When you feel that doors are being shut from every side, come to Me and ask Me to open the doors of your heart to see the real mission I have for you.
It is one of faithfulness, fullness of Life in Me.
It is one of Holiness, not accomplishment, but holiness.
How do you remain holy when all seems to be falling down around you?
It is all about being faithful to Me.
Do not let anything take away your holiness and lead you into anger or despair.
It is a very false god.
It is unholiness that leads us to anger and despair and frustration.
When you are there, you are not living in holiness.
Holiness does not mean piously looking holy but rather rising above our human distractions and living with the Holy One, in the Holy One, for the Holy One.
We have a great example, so let’s follow Him.
Let us be Holy as the Lord is Holy = obedient --- doing the Will of the Father, not accepting slights, letting them roll off of us as soon as they attempt to enter and become a false god.
A false god is never Holy!
