a great 'trunk'

Did you put all to rest in Me?

So, you can always add to that you know.  Put all to rest in Me with love and obedience.

And do not forget great thanks!

You have a great ‘trunk’ in which to pack away all of the day at the end of the day, so you awake to a clean and tidy ‘room’.

We all need visuals, well maybe not all of us, but it helps to see how we are putting our minds to rest.

Un-clutter your mind.   Give it the freedom to rest in Peace.

Ask Me to help you un-clutter your mind and I most certainly will.

I want you to awake refreshed, not burdened with the stuff from yesterday.

Remember, this is a new, holy day and we can start together renewed.

Put them to rest in Me

Quiet all thoughts that are not of Me.

As you retire, bring the ALL of Me into your mind and do not be concerned about anything, anybody else.

I want you to be at ease and that ease you will find only in Me.

It is not a time to review your day because there could be things in your day that upset you, discouraged you, saddened you.

These will not bring you to a restful sleep if they are foremost in your mind.

Recall Me and all the Graces I have and want to give you.
Recall the Blessings I have poured over you.
Offer thanks and praise for every instant of your day.

This settles you because what you crave is really Me no matter what else has gone on.

It is ultimately Me Who desires your heart and soul.

Put them to rest in Me.
