Set your eyes on Me

Quiet My People.  Come quietly into My Presence.  Let your soul sing Alleluia to Me.

Do not go down dark paths that lead you away from Me.  Let Me lead you.

I want you whole and happy, no matter what the circumstance.  I want you to be able to call on Me and know I will come and be there with you. 

So often we want to feel happy and whole but we forget to call on Me to bring this about in your life.

Now hush and listen to My Words.

Fear nothing.  Do not let the cloud of fear envelope you.  Stay by My Side.  Do not wander far from your Anchor.

Let the doors of your soul open, to let in the Light that banishes all darkness.  Let Me flood your soul with Eternal Light.  Light that cannot be extinguished. 

Set your eyes on Me.

Call My Name.

Allow Me in to refurbish your soul.

“Come Lord Jesus, Come.”

Let's do this!

Another new holy day.  Are your plans to surrender your day ---- you to Me?

Or have you already started making your own plans?

You must smile because you already have haven’t you.

I just want to reassure you that My Plans for your day are far better than your plans for your day.

Do not scoff at this because you are sure that what you planned that needs to be done today is also important.

Shall we get a scale out to measure whose plans are more important?

Will you be willing to name all your plans, put them on a list and be joyfully willing, humbly willing to set them aside and tell Me that you will only do My Plans for you this day?

Interesting eh?  Would you do this exercise --- put down your plans on paper, then set them aside and willingly be obedient to do as I ask?

Let’s do this!

Then at the end of the day look at what you had planned and check out what you have done.  Do you not think that whatever you have done for Me has accomplished more in your life, has been most worthy?

We sometimes look at our day at the end of the day and feel we didn’t accomplish that much.  True isn’t it.

But if you sincerely do the Plans I have for you, then you have done much and far greater things in your day.

Right now, surrender the all of you, and the all of you in this day, and tell Me you want to do My Will this day.

It takes a lot of pressure off of you trying to accomplish a list that you have made that is many times not possible to complete.  

And when you don’t complete it you feel you have let yourself down.  You even beat yourself up and add it to the new list for tomorrow.

Ask Me to accept the all of  you.  Ask Me to remind you of what you should do today that is in accord with My Will.

Just ask “Lord what do You want me to do next?”    I will tell you because I am delighted to be part of your day and help you accomplish what needs to be done for your sake and in accordance with My Will.

So do not leave Me out of your day.  First, surrender yourself to My Will, then throughout the day ask Me, “Lord what do you want me to do next?”  or “what next, Lord?”

Endeavor to stay in touch with Me often during the day so our relationship grows on firm ground.

Now go in Peace – without your list of things to do today and with the conviction in your soul that you will do My Will’s List for you today.

Can you imagine the blessings on you when you do My Will?

I Love you.  You are Mine.

Key to Heaven

Oh, My Holy People.  Come to Me and hear My Words.  Walk in them, live in them, let them bubble up in your heart, let them lead you in the path of righteousness.

All other words will fall away.  Even the words you speak will fall away no matter how profound they may seem to you and others.

Only Mine hold the key to heaven.

Note how we like to quote saints and others who have spoken profound words, yet even these do not hold the key to heaven.

They may give some insight into how I have touched their lives and given them pieces and parts of who I am to them and for you.

Yet they do not claim to open Heaven’s Gates.  They hope to make an impression on your heart so that you will open your heart further to My Words.

Then when you hear My Words you can fully rely on them as the keys to heaven and eternity.

I want you with Me for eternity.

Do not hesitate to dwell on and in My Words daily.  Other books may seem more attractive and have more colorful language, yet I tell you do not be distracted.  Seek My Words daily and rest in them.  Let them seep into your soul, not to disturb you, but to inspire and inform you about the Truth.

If you wish to quote anyone, quote Me.

Catch a phrase that strikes you and make it your own.  But then don’t stop there.  Learn others which may nourish your soul on other occasions.  You never know when these Words will be a great source of strength to your soul.

They are stronger than others words because they come from the Source and open the heavens wide.

Love and Gloom

Shine.  Let My Light Shine.  If you are gloomy, do you think people get to see My Light?  Of course not.

Then shine.  It does not have to be the absolute brilliance but start with a smile and friendly greeting.  My Presence to others comes forth from you to them.  They need to know that they are Loved.  If they see doom and gloom coming from you, they will not presume that you love them.  They will assume that you are all tied up in yourself.  Don’t let My Love be put out by your gloom.

If you are gloomy come to Me and ask Me to show you what has brought this gloominess to your soul.  It could be something simple or something not so simple.  But it does not matter.  Ask Me to reveal to you that which has caught your soul in gloom.

I do not want you to be gloomy because then we cannot have a good healthy relationship. If you want to be rid of the gloom then please come to Me.  If you do not, then that is your choice.

Do you enjoy living in a gloomy nature?  Does this make you feel happy, alive, excited by life? Or are you content to look and sound gloomy because then you think you get extra attention.

Yet even when you get attention and care, you still present in a gloomy character.  To what purpose?  After a while, others will ignore you because even their friendliness cannot bust through your gloom.

Untie the gloomy knot from around your heart.  Dare to drop it and look around and wrap your heart with a happy ribbon – one that allows Me to come in and your great personality to get out into the world.

Being gloomy is a self-centered focus or life style. It is all about poor me.

Being happy looks out at the world as a delight to be in and something you want to share with others.

So unwrap the gloomy ribbon from around your heart and let Me in as well as others. 

If you are in a gloom do you think you are inviting Me in to share the gloom with you?   I don’t think so, because you need know that I, God, do not live in gloom, I live in Love.

Love and gloom do not go hand in hand.  So which do you prefer to put on today --- the garb of gloom or the garment of Love.

Talk about shine.  That is what brings sparkle into the World – how much you love one another – and even if the other does not love you back you are still called to Love, Love, Love.

Do not measure how much Love returns to you.  Measure how much Love you willingly give away.  And really it should not have to be measured because that infers that to some you will give this much and to others that much. 

Do not measure out your love --- some here, some there.  See that by the end of the day you have given away All the Love I gave you this day to give away. 

So just ask Me to help you give away today All the Love I asked you to give away.  Now if you feel you didn’t, don’t get cross with yourself but thank Me for revealing to you that My Love should flow freely from you to All My People.

Guard against chastising yourself.   Give away My Love in great abundance and see that it will never harm you to be so generous with My Love.  Be over-generous with My Love, Please.
