More Graces of Trust --- #1231

Do not let down your guard.   That does not mean that you have to be ready to fight.

Rather it means living deeper and deeper in your faith so that when tumult arises in your life you are strong in your faith to face it with great trust in Me.

Did you ever think that Trust was part of your armour as a Christian?

Just think about it. If you trust in Me what can befall you?

Now that does not mean that things can’t and won’t happen.  You have seen this yourself.

But with Trust you just trust that My Hand is on it and it will make it right, will make all things new.

So dying has My Hand all over it.  Have you thought of it like that?

Dying will most certainly bring you into ‘all things new’!

Yet our fear remains, lingers, can sometimes even haunt us.

That is when you lift up your shield of Trust against the enemy – fear.

The question is really and truly ---- Do you trust in Me in ALL circumstances?

Tough question!?

Yes, it is for most of us and if that is the case ask Me for More Graces of Trust for your soul each day.

Do not wait for the battle to get into full swing.  Build up your Trust in Me daily.  In small and big things, so you are well fortified when the main onslaught takes place.

This is not a lot of doom and gloom, but just common sense talk between 2 Friends.

It is like not needing a winter coat in the summer, but heeding your own advice that you need one in the winter and then listening to Me when you need even more than that to withstand the cold.  

So do not live in doom and gloom, but be prepared so that you will not hesitate in big and small things to put all your Trust in Me.  

Grace to See Beyond --- #1230

 I have asked you to write.  No one has to know what My Thoughts are till I reveal them to you.

 I may have a lot or very little to say.  Yet it is your obedience to sit and record My Words that is important.

 It is not hard to be obedient if you have chosen to be obedient!

 But it has to be a free will choice of yours, not something that I have imposed and you resignedly do.

 You must be most willing not knowing what I am going to say.

 You have found that out with every dictation I have done, given you.  You did not know beforehand yet willingly wrote My Words.

 And so it continues.

 Will you surrender yourself even more into My Wondrous Will for you?

 And you thought you already had!  Yet if I ask the question it means that I see there is still more of you to give over to Me.

 Another great lesson, eh. For when we think we have given our all, I enlighten you to the fact that there is still more of you to give.

 How generous I am that I allow you to see beyond your human limitations into the expanse of the more of you that is hidden from your eyes, your will, your senses.

 Ask for the Grace to See Beyond the you that you know and perceive, to the you that I see and want you to be.

Do not squander the Graces I give you.   You know what I mean.

If I have, and I have given you the Grace of Kindness be sure to use it in ALL circumstances.  

You see, I give you Graces and then you seem to determine where and when you are going to use them.

How specific do you want Me to be?   Do you want to be a follower of Mine?   

It is either a yes or a no.

You cannot sit on the fence and tell Me sometimes you find it easy to follow Me and then you do.   BUT other times you find My Graces hard, so you choose not to follow them.

You have to commit yourself to Me daily.  Not in a horrific surrendering of your will, but in a most joyful surrender.

Have you told Me today:  Lord wherever You lead me today I will follow.

It is easy to do when all is sunshine and roses, but oh so much harder to do when there is sadness, tragedy and grief.  

So, do you dare to say Lord I will joyfully follow you wherever You lead me today?

It is so tough to be an ‘all out Christian’ without wanting to let our will take over every now and then.

What a great challenge every day to be most willing to joyfully follow the Lord.

Pray with Me -- #1228

Do not hesitate to pray with Me.  Ask Me what My Intentions are for the World, then pray on that.

I invite you to join Me as together we can pray the World to new life.

I do not pray as you have been praying, what I mean is that My Prayer is from the  Heart of God, so slightly different, yet said with Mercy and Love – not condemnation.

Do you pray to condemn or to alleviate, to lift up, to save?

No, I realize you are not the Saviour but you certainly pray that each person’s soul can be saved.

We together can Trust that God is in charge.  Together, just praying together brings us to peace, wisdom and understanding.

We don’t think of prayer as bringing us to wisdom and understanding, yet aren’t these things needed to address the concerns in our lives?

So, we can ask for the wisdom and understanding needed to pray from the heart.  To let our heart get very involved in our prayer time.
