Do not retire before saying good night to Me. You are not putting yourself to bed. You are resting in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
What a different scene that portrays, eh?
You will take your rest in the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
So, then you become more conscious of where you really should be. Your heart needs to rest in My Most Sacred Heart.
Your body certainly uses a bed to sleep in, but care should be taken that you realize your heart can take its rest in My Most Sacred Heart.
We don’t have to envision it as much as we should tell the Lord “Night dear Lord, thank You for this new holy day. I place my precious heart in Your Sacred heart for my nights rest.”
It is such an intentional prayer.
It trusts that our heart will find its best rest in My Most Sacred Heart.
