Do I believe in God?

#1036  Tues. oct. 1/19   10:20 am,  St. Theresa’s,  Before the Blessed Sacrament

Oh Glorious God.  May I show you My Glory even in the tiniest flower?  May I show you My Glory in the brilliant sunrise and sunset?

Do you attribute them to Me, to My Glory or are you supposing they just happen with no honor or glory to be given to God for them?

Perhaps it is because we do not believe in God?   Could that be the reason?

Do I believe in God?

Do we ask ourselves that question?  Are we afraid to ask ourselves that question?

For if we say yes, have we followed through by our thoughts, words and actions?

If we say no, then to what/whom do we credit these glorious things we see around us?

And even then do we consider these things glorious or just something pretty and attractive?

Can we admit that they are not from us but from God?

Again, it calls us to ask “but do I believe in God?”

How do we see the World then?  Through our limited eyes or His Unlimited Vision of the World.

Do we dare give Him credit for anything?

If we do, does that indicate we believe?

These are questions we have to ask ourselves if we wish our souls to be healthy.

Then again, if we do not believe in God, do we believe that we have a soul?

Can we believe in God and not consider that we have a soul?  Or are the 2 so firmly connected that the One begets the other?

Do I believe in God?  It seems like a simple yes or no answer.

Yet, if I say yes, how do I explain Him?

If I say no, how do I explain the wonders of the World?   Because Chaos does not display wonders does it.

Lord, help me to discern how I believe in you?  Is it a surface thing or does it go much, much deeper?

Lead me Lord.  Show me Your Ways.  I so want to serve only you alone Lord.

Do not let me leap in the way of Your Loving Leadership.

Lord, if I say I believe, then I want to live in that belief.

Do not let me squander your gift of Faith to me.

Please, please help me to live it with Joy and Love and Trust.

Come Lord, Jesus Come.

you can't stop Me!!

#1035   Thurs. Sept. 26/19   1pm    at home

There is still so much to be said.  So start it first with Jesus Loves me, then all else will flow and make sense.

If you do not think that I Love you, then nothing else I say will make sense.

Sounds peculiar but oh so True.  If you don’t believe I Love you then why/how can you believe anything else I tell you?

It is a mystery in a way, yet Truth has to begin with the ultimate Truth which is I , God, Love you.

That is why I Created the World --- a place for My Love to be instilled and settle and flow forward and around.

But if you do not believe in Me as God, then you will never believe that I can Love you entirely and unrestricted.

You most certainly cannot restrict My Love.  Sure you can deflect it, or dash out of the way of it.  But it is there as certain as there is day and there is night.

Look at how some cities can get so lit up at night that the darkness does not seem there, but it is.  It is our unnatural way of trying to block it out.

And so you are able , by your free will, to block out some things I have for you --- such as My Merciful Love.

You can deny it coming into your heart.  You can even deny that I am pouring it over you constantly.

But see, it is you denying it.  Not you able to stop Me from sending it to you!!

So, rest assured you can deny Me all you want, but I will never deny you  before the Father.

Your denial is so finite, fragile and human.

Mine is infinite.  Mine is the Power of God.

you never know

#1034  Mon. Sept. 23/19,   11:30 pm     at home

You need to know you are Loved as you go to bed.  So remind your soul “Jesus Loves me.”

Do not let yourself forget to feed your soul with these Precious Words.

We so often, not even on purpose, presume we need only say it once a day.  But said often it keeps the soul alert and better able to handle all that comes its way.

Do not procrastinate and say “I’ll say it later.”

You never know when your soul needs to be strengthened by these words “Jesus Loves me.”

Count your blessings!

#1033  Fri.  Sept. 20/19   6am,  at home

Why do we not stop to count our Blessings?  Perhaps because we see so few things as Blessings presuming that they do not come from God, but just happen to be.

Do you really think that things just happen?  Like do you not think that there is some kind of Hand on all of Creation or again that it just happens?

And are Blessings only all about good things happening to us?  Do we have to look for good things to happen?  Are we not content to see a new day come into being with nothing in particular planned or going to happen to you?

Are we grateful for the air we breathe?  It surely is a Blessing when it is not polluted, but still it is a Blessing when it is fresh and clean and clear.

Do you see what I am getting at?  It is a whole new approach to life, to how we see each day evolve before us.

So do count your Blessings!   But be sure to thank the One who pours forth Big and Small Blessings on each one of us.

The Blessing does not stand alone.  It did not Create itself.

So we must always return to the Source of the Blessing and express our thanks and gratitude to the maker of these Blessings --- God Himself.

Consequences of our pride

#1032  Wed. Sept. 18/19,   11:15am,   St. Theresa’s before the Blessed Sacrament
(Mercy, Mercy)
Oh Loving God.  That is how I address the Father, My Father, your Father.

He is all about Love.  We think that perhaps He will judge us harshly.

When judgement is tempered with Unconditional Love you get Mercy.  He knows what we have done, yet continues to Love us unconditionally.

Again, when we love if it is not unconditional we stand in bitter, angry judgment.

God’s judgment is so tempered with marvelous, Life-Giving Mercy that we all stand a second, third, fourth, etc. chance.

He, God, never stops giving us every opportunity to return to Him with gala hearts.

Hearts renewed by His Awesome Forgiveness and Mercy.

He never counts how many times He has had to do it for us in the past.

He simply pours it forth at the moment it is needed.

We need not worry that perhaps He will forget.  He cannot and does not.

What great consolation!

He has Mercy in over-abundance so we can call on it anytime to activate it in our hearts.  His Mercy is always free flowing yet if we have shut our hearts, it cannot enter and heal all that needs healing.

When we say “Have mercy on me Lord,” He knows that your heart is open and ready to receive the Grace, the Gift of Mercy.

Do not shy away from asking for My Mercy.  Only then will it be able to enter and refresh your soul.

You can, by free choice, keep it out by not asking for it to enter and take hold and renew you.

Yes, you can reject this great gift of Mercy, but why in heavens name would you want to?

In most cases it is because of our pride!  We may not want to admit our wrongs.  We may feel that what we did was not really wrong at all.

So, our stubborn pride can most certainly keep His Mercy from abiding within us.

Do you dare to be so full of pride?  Do you not see the consequences of pride?
