A worthwhile penance

Thank you for coming to adore.

You see when I call you to write I will always provide the paper and pen.

Be still, quiet within your thoughts.

Let My Eternal Presence fall all around you.

Do not let your surroundings distract you and grab your attention.

Let you soul wander in My Eternal Presence.

There is no time here, no place here.

There is no before or after, there is only NOW. 

Climb the stairs in My Heart. They take you nowhere because ALL is Here in My Most Sacred Heart. 

Settle your heart in Mine. Do not look for compensation, solutions, complications, answers, questions, problem solving. 

Look for nothing.  Look at Me and contemplate My Loving Face. Not the scarred, human face of the Crucifixion, but the radiant Face of Love.

Do not get lost in My Suffering.  Free your soul to see the fullness of Me your Saviour.  I died yes, but I have risen.

Do not hang on to the Face of Suffering because then you will not see beyond to the Face of Eternal Love.

Yes, you can contemplate My Suffering Face, BUT only if it makes you a more loving, forgiving person.

So often when we contemplate My Suffering Face we dwell on all the harm done to Me and try to make up for it.  That is impossible.

You can contemplate My Suffering Face only if you are willing to accept My Forgiveness for what you may have done to cause Me to suffer.

You can contemplate My Suffering Face only if you are willing, as I AM, to forgive unconditionally all the atrocities that have been done to Me.

My People have suffered.  Yes indeed, but in the end the sin ends up in My Lap.  It is done to Me, against Me.  It is done against Love which I AM.

It makes no sense to get really upset about all the atrocities in the world unless you are willing to join Me in Forgiving.  Not forgiving people because of what they have done to other human beings, but for what they really have done to Me.

How do you start to do this?

Again it is the ‘soul and soul’ prayer.  Bring your soul and the perpetrator’s soul and the soul of the person who has been harmed together into My Sacred Heart and look into My Loving Face and see nothing but forgiveness for each of you.

That is the Face I ask you to contemplate.  For as you contemplate My Suffering Face, you are praying to release Me from this suffering, yet My only consolation for all of My Suffering is if you will turn away from bitterness, hatred, revenge, hardness of heart, and love unconditionally the ‘hurter’ and the ‘hurt’.

My Face suffers not only by what the ‘hurter’ does to the ‘hurt one’ but your hardness of heart, believe it or not, adds to My Suffering.

We do not think that our bitterness, our revenge, our meanness, our hatred, yes hatred, add to the Suffering on My Face, but oh yes they do.

If you know Me and believe My greatest Commandments then you should not be adding to My Suffering.

Do you see how we see the speck in the other person’s eye and do not see the plank in our own?

And I do not expect you now to go around saying “ Oh Jesus what hurt I have caused you”.  As if that will make up for it.

Surely I accept your admittance of how your sins have hurt Me --- hurt our relationship.  But if you get caught in that one mode of thought, grieving how your sins have hurt our relationship, then you have not grown in knowing and serving Me.

Yes, we have to name and claim our sins, yet not keep returning to apologize if we do not intend to try to do better.

And the better is --  loving, loving yourself and Me – loving our relationship.

When we don’t get beyond saying how sorry we are, what sinners we are, then we are still in our ‘me’ mode and not listening or wanting to take the bigger-by-far step of loving and forgiving unconditionally. 

Contemplate My Loving Face.  That is a much harder and more challenging prayer.

My Suffering Face you feel you can relate to because you have suffered.

Yet, My Loving Face takes it up a whole bunch of notches.  Beg Me for the Grace to contemplate My Loving Face.

Now I do not negate pondering My Suffering Face, but that has to lead you to being more ready and willing to contemplate My Loving Face.

It is My Example of Love that heals all who are hurt and heals all those who are the hurters.

You can be contrite, contrite, contrite for years, yet your true contrition is to accept My Graces to love and love unconditionally. 

Your sins must bring you to the Cross.  I should say, embrace your sins and bring them to the foot of the Cross to be washed by the outpouring of My Loving Blood.

Come before Me and adore My Loving Face, My Face of Forgiveness, tenderness, patience, kindness, lots and lots of healing love.

Thank you for coming.  Please continue to beg for the Graces, which I have in abundance, to be able to contemplate My Loving Face.

Before the Blessed Sacrament

Lord you have called me to adore.  Thank you so much for being here for all of us who want to continue to journey closer and closer to You.

Margo, bring your soul and the souls of all those at the conference into My awaiting Sacred Heart.

Hear Me as I proclaim My Love over each one of them.  See their dear souls soaking up My Love, My tender, tender Love.

I want them healed, but even more I want them to know My Love.  When one knows My Love there is no need to seek healing.

Funny eh?  My Love banishes the need for healing.  We seek healing because our center, our soul is still quite sick. 

We sometimes do not even know what from, and it really does not matter.  I will not favor one soul-sickness over another.  I favor each and every soul.

You see, I see each soul as perfect --- made in My Image and My Likeness.

You see and know your soul is not in the best of health and that is why you bring it to Me.  I want to restore your sick-soul to the fullness for which I created it.

It cannot work in a sick state. It needs replenishing and what better person to do this than Me.

I don’t want to make you better than another person, nor do I see that you need Me more than another.

Your soul is so personal to Me that nothing shines brighter than your soul before Me. You may not understand how the heck that works, but it most certainly does.

So bring your soul to Me not comparing it to anyone else’s, not pressured to explain what is really wrong with it, but just bring it into My Presence realizing with all honesty that it needs healing, refreshing, re-branding, recalculating.

However you think of it.  You are seeking to have it renewed.

Don’t wait till you think it may be in need of healing.  Just bring it to Me often, very often and let Me work on it more often than not.

Jodi’s name just popped into your head.  Bring Me your soul and her soul into My awaiting Sacred Heart and BE in My Loving Presence.

She is still a puzzle to you I know, but just bring her soul to Me regularly, daily and wait patiently for My Healing to take place.

Sometimes, you bring Me souls because you feel there is something that they need.  Something that you have thought of.

But heh, just bring the soul and let Me see what they really, really need. I know better than you can ever imagine.

Let Me speak to their soul with My Love Words that heal.  Your love words are most definitely supportive, but they do not, cannot heal!

Be oh so grateful for that. I have not asked you to be the Healer and I asked you to bring other souls to Me so I can heal them.

There is no judgment here on your part in bringing them to Me.  You are not presuming they have done something wrong.  You know that to survive they have to come into My House of Love.

So bring Me every soul and any soul that I bring to your mind and relax knowing you are doing the very best for them that you could ever, ever do.

Thank you for coming aside into this quiet place to hear these Words that are super essential for you to hear, so that your soul can be released, healed, strengthened, set free to roam and love and not judge and bring joy to others.

I have blessed your soul this day.  Praise God the Healer who desires to heal all souls.

 

Your will be done.

You heard Me call you while you were praying the seven sorrows of My Dearest Mother. 

Thank you for responding to My Call to pray these beads.

I want you to learn to pray in response to My Call and not necessarily your plan.

You had started these beads, yet I called when you were on the 4^th sorrow – My Mother with Me as I carried the Cross.

Contemplate that simple scene.  Strip away all the others in the scene and just see Me and My Mother.

Were there words said?  Did she know by My Look that this was part of our life together?  Birth did not separate us and neither would death.

How she had to cling to her heart, which she had strengthened throughout her life by ‘pondering in her heart’ all that the Father was revealing to her from the first moment of His Request and her Affirmation response.

You notice she did not try to figure it out in her head.  She took all to her heart – the center and life force of Love for her.

She did not ask questions as much as repeat and repeat “Thy will be done!”  That is affirmation and pondering in one.  She did not have to take it apart and look at it from all angles. 

The only way she perceived it was through the Eyes of God himself.  If He sees it as such, that was good enough for My Mother.

You see, pondering something in your head and pondering something in your heart are 2 very different scenarios.

In your head --- you are in charge.

In your heart --- the seat of Love, He is in charge.

We want to figure things out so we can explain them to ourselves and to others in human terms.

Not so for My Mother.  She knew she did not need to see it clearly with the mind’s eye.  She was very content to have it worked on and solved in her heart, not by her but by Me.

Sure she felt sorrow.  She was human and living to the fullness of being human.  Yet, her sorrow was not darkened by hopelessness.

Following God’s Will is NEVER a hopeless endeavor.

Just because it may not seem to make human sense, does not mean it is hopeless.

You see, that is how we humans perceive hope and hopelessness.  It is NEVER hopeless if we have our heart and head focused on Jesus.

We do not have to see the answer, understand the reason, feel good about the outcome because we have left all with Him in His Hands and thus ALL will be Good.

And don’t just wait for the ‘will be Good.’  Switch it to the present and declare to your precious soul that “ALL IS GOOD.”

We can’t look to the future to be Good.  We must grasp the I AM here in the present and thus “ALL IS GOOD.”

My Mother was not looking for better times.  She was seeing the Good in the Moment.  Her Son suffering and dying.  She was not looking forward to the Resurrection (All will be Good).  She was in the moment and through her human tears she saw that ALL was Good.  She saw her Son, the epitome of Good, so even though He was suffering – ALL was Good.

Do I make Myself clear?  Perhaps not.

When My Mother gazed upon Me in My Agony, she was in the moment and took this sadness not to her head but to her heart which was stronger and the place from which each of her Fiats had been spoken.

Her heart was tender and thus allowed her body to shed tears, yet her heart was strong because that is where she and God really met and made their first Pact “Your Will be done.”

My Mother will tell you:  “I certainly cried to see My Son suffering, yet I know that this was part of His Humanity and Divinity and that I must quietly watch and share and support Him in His Suffering.

I would not have reached out to stop His Pain.  I just wanted Him to know I was walking with Him in His Pain.  Supporting Him as He eagerly fulfilled the Will of the Father.”

We were both eager to fulfill the Father’s Will, otherwise we would have opted out and chosen not to undertake this suffering path to Glory. Because at the time of our suffering, it did not look to anyone as if there would be any Glory.  Yet He and I held to this bond we had – to do the Will of the Father.

Go now in peace, seeking from your heart to do the Father’s will --- knowing, being reassured by Me, Jesus and My Dear Mother that it leads to Glory. 

Surrender with JOY

#276  June 26/14,  9:45am, St.Theresa’s, before Blessed Sacrament

I call, you come.  Hasten to do My Will.  You see, so often we surrender ourselves to My Will, but have you ever thought of it this way: to hasten joyfully to do My Will.

It takes on a slightly different approach doesn’t it.

In the case of surrendering, it is, or it seems to be, not done with a happy heart.  Yet I encourage you to come to this surrender hastily and joyfully.  It is not like giving up (surrendering) because you have no other choice, but rather that you want to make this choice of surrendering to Me.

With a joyful heart, hasten daily to surrender to Me. 

It is an attitude change, a change of heart that enables you to give Me more of you in great joy.

Come to Me happy to surrender.

Come to Me joyful in heart.

I have not bound you to surrender.  I want you free to surrender.  So when you are free to surrender you do it joyfully and hastily.

You can’t wait to surrender yourself to Me daily.  Or maybe not so.  Perhaps you would like to do what you want to do first, then surrender.

Your heart should desire, ache to serve Me by surrendering joyfully and quickly.  Do not let it hang around ‘out there’ on its own trying to live, to love, to be caring, to be patient.

Give it My Energy, My Sustenance not belligerently, but joyfully.

So this surrender prayer need not be accompanied by a sour face, a serious, severe countenance.  No, No.  Let Me see you smile as you surrender yourself, all of you, to Me.

The gladness this surrender evokes in you reflects the delight that your heart receives knowing it is working with the one who Created it.

Do not let your hearts be troubled.

Your heart must be troubled if you are not joyfully surrendering all of you to Me.

It knows that it cannot sustain itself if it depends on itself.  Your heart knows it needs to be fed from the very source of Life.

So from now on hasten to surrender yourself to Me.

What a burden this lifts from your heart.  It is not abandoned to figure out life on its own. Rather it willingly submits to the Will of the Lord which is a force far, far greater than the heart force on its own could ever be.

Run to Me joyfully to have you do My Will.  What a lighter load you will have to carry!

Give your heart to Me joyfully, not grudgingly.

When you come with a joyful heart to surrender to Me you are already more than half way there. 

But a grudging heart is closed to doing My Will.  The mind may say the Words, but your heart tells the real story and I can see into your heart.

How can I work on a heart that is not joyful to be in My Presence?

It is impossible.

I want you light-hearted. 

I want you burdened with less burdens.
I want you to realize the extent of My Love and My Will in your life.

Go to your knees and joyfully thank Me for your day so far. 

A joyful heart is a peaceful heart.
