Assisted Suicide

(I have come to You today Lord seeking your guidance on how to address assisted suicide.)

Margo,  you heard My Words to you earlier today that you must not leave Me out of this debate.

I know we get called out as religious fanatics and, so when we stop proclaiming My Created Law, those who are calling us names have won.  They have succeeded in keeping Me, who is in charge of ALL, out of this debate.

Be very careful that you are not forgoing your duty to God first in a vain attempt to win this argument.  Will you be delighted to win even if you lose your soul?

You cannot and must not debate this from the human level because My Morals are not called into play here.  Just a good debater can sound good, but without proclaiming that it is because of God’s Teachings that you are debating this, then it falls apart.

Are you willing to denounce Me?

Because by avoiding using Me as the measuring stick for your argument, you most definitely are avoiding Me, and thus the name-callers have won.  They have taken you from relying on My Words, My Laws to endeavoring to prove them wrong on their level.

Do not fear being called names for My Sake.

You know it is wrong.  You know it is morally wrong because I have told My People.  I have provided great guidelines for you to follow.

But you think you can win the day talking in their terms. 

Do you not realize that they have tossed Me aside, otherwise they could never reach the conclusion that assisted suicide is good.

They know that if they knock you off your God pedestal that you are just one of the hungry mob arguing about this --- both sides eager to win.

Where did I reveal to My People that the purpose of your life was to win?

Be very, very careful that you, like them, are not convincing yourself that winning is the goal.

Be very, very careful that you, like them, dare not bring God into the debate because the Truth will be revealed for all to see. 

O My People.  I have not created you to win.  I have created you to proclaim the Good News --- My Love and Mercy and Forgiveness for all.

The debate is very simple.  If you believe in God, then the answer is no to assisted suicide.  If you do not believe in God, then it is yes to assisted suicide.

So you see in the Bible I have said all you need is a simple yes, if it is yes, or no if it is no.

There is no debating with God.  His Guiding Laws for us are very easy to understand.

If you believe them, then assisted suicide is wrong.  If you don’t, then anything goes.

And we see that in all sorts of circumstances --  poverty, greed, licentiousness, gossip, lying, suicide.

Each time we must check our heart.  Why am I doing this or that?

Do I take my guidance from God or do I consider that I can make good decisions without Him?

Am I afraid to be called a religious fanatic?

Do I consider myself a religious fanatic?

Does believing in God and His Teachings make me a religious fanatic?

See how we get thrown off from our center trying to prove to name-callers that we are not religious fanatics.

Can you see the devil delighting over the fact that we will make every effort not to bring God into the argument so that we can prove to others that we are not religious fanatics. He delights that we want to separate ourselves from God in order to prove a point.

  

When we are afraid to mention God as the sole source for our stand against assisted suicide, then the devil certainly has won getting another soul to deny God to the World.

Do you love Me?

Do you wish to serve Me?

Do you wish to do My Will for the World?

Then do not hesitate to proclaim “I believe in God and thus my answer to assisted suicide is no.”

It certainly takes all the pressure off of you trying to argue the point so you can win the argument.

Take you and your arguments against it out of the debate and be willing to proclaim.

“I believe in God and so my answer is no to assisted suicide.” 

This takes a lot more courage, because you will be tempted to debate it because you feel you have some good points to make.

But I tell you stand firmly on this and only this “I believe in God so my answer is no to assisted suicide.”

Now sit and adore. You have Me on your side and My Will for My World will be done.

See Christ

O Adorable God!

What a gentle, yet full prayer.  We want Him to know that He is adored, that we feel He is worthy of adoration.

Just as He feels each of you is worthy of His Love and Mercy!

O what an adorable God who does not look on anyone as having a disfigurement, disability.  He truly sees each person He has created as whole and perfect in His Eyes.  It is we humans who look on others and find their faults and think that that limits them.  Not so.

Limits them how?   No matter what the disability, these children of Mine still give Me glory and honor and that makes whatever they are able to do limitless.

If they can’t do the same as ‘normal’ people we feel their life is wasted.  What is the use of them?

Do you not see that their creation alone is the use of them.  If you are not God-centered of course you will not perceive this.  You will really run from this and try hard to eliminate the person. 

But I tell you they have a purpose.  Let’s say that one of their purposes is to honor Me.

By their very existence they honor My Handiwork.  I do not make mistakes!

Hard to believe for some of us because we want ‘normal’.  We are afraid to acknowledge that God could be satisfied with someone who has a disability.

I, God, do not create from the outside in, but from the inside out – the soul is what is the ultimate of My Creation.

So you see the soul is able – able to love and be loved --- that is the highest honor it can give Me.  I created this soul for Love and out of Love.

Just because you see it encased in a body that might have a disability does not discount the worth of this soul.

So ‘see the person’s soul’.  Affirm that I have Created a one of a kind beautiful soul.  Thank Me for this soul.

Do not tell Me you wish it ‘looked’ different, or could do all sorts of things like a ‘normal’ person. 

Do you know the plans I have for this person, whether they look or appear ‘normal’ or not.

Do you see how our judgment on what is perfect for the world and what is not steps in and does not want anything that is not perfect.  Think about this.  Then for sure there would be no one left.  For none of us is perfect and then to whom does it fall to make the judgment of who should live and who should die depending on their perfection/imperfection.

Each person has been Graced especially or should I say specially to take them through this world.  Thank Me for the Graces I pour over them and all whom I have created.

Let My Love shine forth on all My People.  No one is exempt from My Love.  Call on My Love to flow forth over this person.  My Love does anyway but by you calling My Love forth on this person --- you are not asking Me to fix them, you are affirming to Me that you believe that this person is able to carry My Graces where ever they go, sharing them with other people.  You are acknowledging the worth of this person, as I  see this person’s worth, able to love and give love and receive love.

Those of us who look ‘normal’ I wonder how many of you have checked to see how disabled your soul is. 

Does it limp along, does it always make good decisions?

Does it see through My Eyes, does it mumble nonsense?

Does it seem to do nothing, does it love unconditionally, does it judge?

So we see the splinter in the person with the disability, yet fail to see the log our soul is dragging around.

So when you see someone with a disability, ask Me to release over you the Grace to see Me in them, not as the suffering Christ, but as the Christ who comes to you in various disguises and who wants you to know that when you do see Christ in this person your love will greatly increase. 

You won’t feel sorry for this person or want to fix this person.  You will be content to let Me BE in this person.  What a gift for you.  Go in My Love.  Allow your soul to be able to see Me in ALL. 

Feeling Sorry for Yourself

I want to speak to My People.  No matter what is around you that is trying to tug your heart away from Me into your hurt heart, let it go.

Toss it to Me.  See how well I can catch even the dirtiest trash that somehow gets a hold on you and wants you back in yourself. 

How the heart that was headed forward can get so a skewed by one small word or comment, that the path of feeling good turns to anger.

What happens?  Why does something so simple jump start your anger?

Come aside and let Me chat with you awhile. It is simply that the devil jumps in with something he knows will throw you off.  I should say that, when you hear something that ticks you off, your reaction can go both ways.  It can go to God and act in a loving way or it can entertain the devil who is always standing very close ready to feed your hurt heart with not-so-loving words and reactions.

Each person reading this knows what I mean.  You were probably very proud of yourself and how well you were doing with your prayers and your endeavoring to serve Me.  Yet this one little itsy bitsy few seconds can turn it all upside down.  And don’t we LOVE to blame the other “Look Lord how they upset me.”  As if the Lord is going to chase after the other person and slap them on your behalf.

“Heh Lord I was not doing anything wrong.  So they must be in the wrong.”

See how you are still trying to justify yourself.

Just as I have said before “Be still and know that I am God.”

But you did not ‘be still’ did you?  No, No, No.  You thought you had every right to justify yourself, and then see where this futility leaves you. 

Did you pray for the person and ask Me to bless them?

Are you willing right now to stop writing and ask Me to bless them?

You want me to join you in feeling sorry for yourself.

I am sorry but I will not satisfy, I cannot satisfy a hurting self that is not willing to accept the Love I offer which I ask them to share with the other.

We sometimes like to stay feeling sorry for ourselves, although I know all that it does is that is serves to nourish your pride.

But heh, this is a great lesson isn’t it.  Although you might not see it as such, but it is.

Guess what?  You still have pride, your heart can still feel sorry for itself, your heart  would love to have My Heart prove you right and them wrong.

So the lesson is --- do not let down your guard for an instant --- you can and will because of human nature, however, know that when you do this the evil one moves a little more of him into your heart --- maybe it is his alarm clock, or a pillow or a night stand.  Whatever, he still brings more of him into your heart because you have welcomed him to.

This sounds so mean.  But it is the Loving Truth.  Get out of your “feeling sorry for yourself heart.”   Move into My All Loving, All Embracing Heart.

You are cross because this happened.  And you see you are cross at the person instead of turning instantly inward and checking on your heart.

I have told you, you can read it in the Bible --- it is not what you take in, but rather what  comes out of your heart into the world.

This is a great example.  But don’t we all hate being shown the Truth!  Especially when we are cross and angry.  It is the salt on the wound.

However, how else can I show you?  If I tell you and you can’t relate, it is like some fairy tale.  But not so here.

I want you to see that My Words from start to finish contain only Truth. Sometimes My Truth is hard to take because we are still feeding on our own truths which are based on our emotions, or made up beliefs of who God is for me. 

Really and truly, this is a great lesson.  Just when we think we ‘got it all’, the world slips something in that throws us off kilter.

It is also a great example that I want to free your pride even more.  I want you to unbind your pride and hand it over to Me.

“O Jesus, I surrender myself to you,  take  care of everything.”

Know that this list of ‘myself’ contains a lot of stuff that sometimes we are not conscious that is still there ruling in our hearts.

If I do not allow for opportunities for you to see the parts of ‘myself’ that still need fixing, you will grow even prouder thinking how well you are doing in this ‘Jesus & I’ relationship.

What your prayer can be is “Lord continue to show me what I still hang onto.”

And that will mean that you allow Me to bring certain circumstances into your day to allow you to choose Me or choose you.

The sign “Choose Life” applies to this.  It is Me, -- “Life Profound” -- that you are to choose.  Otherwise all else is death.

Now climb into My Heart and hang on.  Bring all your emotions with you and hand them over into the Fire of My Love so that I can burn the ‘you’ of your emotions out of them and replace them with the emotions I created in you for your good and My Glory.

I Need

My God, My God why have you forsaken Me?

I uttered these Words so you could feel free to utter them too.  You see, they ask the Heavenly Father to His Face what is He doing with my miserable life.

He wants you to ask so He can clarify for you that He has never forsaken you --- though it may look like that, but he wants you to ask the question because it comes from a heart seeking the Truth.

It comes from a heart that wants to know God more and sometimes we have to cry this out from the depth of our darkness.

Let Me tell you this.  I have never forsaken you.  So that is a 100% guarantee from Me to  you.

Now that does not mean that you have not felt abandoned.

So I clarify for you that what is the Truth and what you feel sometimes do not coincide.

Because we have been living in a truth of our own manufacturing.

We have decided who God is, what He should do for me, what He has done for me compared to what I have done for myself.

We have manufactured a God to our own tasting.  We deal with God by our senses – does He make me feel good?  Will He do what I want?  Do I see Him being nice to others and not to me?

We have to jump back and ask ourselves “what kind of God do I want?”  One who will do my will, or one who will do His Will for me because He knows what is eternally best for me.

We desire the God of the Moment – to be used by me when I feel like I need Him.

He does not become the God of All – all time, all places, all spaces, all desires, all direction, all happenings.

We think we know who God is without consulting with Him daily asking Him to reveal Himself more and more in our lives.

We are content to call on Him casually, to pray to Him occasionally, to ask His advice now and then.

He wants to be the God of ALL of me.

But my actions and thoughts indicate that I  want Him to be my occasional God.

I should not feel abandoned if I have put Him in charge of the ALL of me.

So right away our question to Him of feeling abandoned indicates to us that it is us who have abandoned Him.

Jesus expressed this in the fullness of His Humanity to indicate to us that many times, because we are human, we will take our eyes off God and be moved by the influences of the World.

Yet He shows us that there is another choice.  So ask our God the question --- why have you abandoned me and let Him hear your cry.  Is it an eternal cry or one that only wants to serve this moment in time?

Bow your head in prayer.  Ask Me to show you in ALL times that I am with you.  Name the darkest circumstance in your life --- and I was there with you and for you.

Sometimes we believe that if my God is with me why do bad things happen?

That is a legitimate question and very justified.  Until you know it is all taken care of by Me that question is justified.

However, now that you have read about Me and My Presence in ALL parts and pieces of your life, realize that I never abandoned you, but rather held you safe and secure in My Love.

It is a difficult task to jump from feeling abandoned because of all that has happened in your life, and realizing that I was constantly there.  Then you may ask “Why then did you let all of this disgusting stuff happen to me?”

Come aside and let Me show you.  Sit in the stillness of My Heart and let Me express to you My Love that has sustained you through all of the stuff that has happened in your life.

Some may have been due to your choices or totally out of your hands --- the choices of others, yet My Love overthrew them all.

I know this is hard for you to grasp --  those of you who have been abused.

However, I beckon to you now not to let go of this God who is talking with you now.

The past, in most cases, cannot be healed or fixed as you would wish it to be.

Then will this make you feel abandoned again --- if you can’t get retribution or get justice as you see it?

Are you willing to let it all go and give it into My Gentle Hands?  This is a HUGE request and challenge.

This calls for lots of Graces for you to dare to take this step.  My Son knows.  He took the step.  He asked to have the cup (of suffering, shame, humiliation) taken from Him, yet found the Graces I provided to Him to accept and abandon Himself in Me and My Will.

Do you see when such bad things happen to us we feel abandoned and yet the ONLY way we can discard the bad times of our life is to abandon them all to Him?

We can drive ourselves insane if we don’t.

We can walk around mad as old get out, always ready to pounce, always ready not to forgive, always primed to seek revenge.

Tell Me if this leaves you feeling fulfilled.  Now in some cases My People said revenge felt good.  For how long? 

Did it make you a better person? 

Did it give you a better outlook on life?

Did it make you stop looking over your shoulder?

Did it make people trust you?

Come and sit with Me and tell Me how much better off you are having exacted revenge.

Do not shy away from being honest and giving Me your honest answers.

I want you to hear your sincere answer.  Not an answer that you are making up to please Me.

Now sit with Me and hear how I want you to take revenge. 

Oooh this sounds good --- heh, to have God the Almighty,  All Powerful on your side willing to help you take revenge.

But you know it is too good to be true that I will take revenge as you would wish Me to.

I asked you to come aside and listen to how I want you to take revenge.  Hmmm, slightly different phrasing isn’t it.  It is not how you want Me to join you in revenge, but how I want you to join Me in revenge.

Oops.  You knew there was a catch. 

Are you willing to abandon your idea of revenge and put on My Armour of Revenge?

So you are consoling yourself that ‘heh revenge is revenge and that is really what I want, so I will go along with God.’

However, I ask you first to sit with Me and pray with Me for those who harmed you.

This initial coat of armour is not easy to put on.  It bumps against all the hurts that were inflicted on you and does not sit well on you.

So what prayer would you like to say for or about this person?

“Dear God, I can’t stand this person.  They deserve to go to hell.”  Now you see that is your voice alone praying to Me, not with Me.

I will pray with you.  I will start this prayer and you just copy what I say.

“Dear Father in Heaven, I ache, I ache, I ache from all the pains of my past life.”

Do you see how even speaking these few honest words from your heart and Mine already have lightened your burden.

I do not want you to avoid telling Me how you feel in prayer, yet I encourage you to let Me lead you in prayer.

“Where were you Lord God when I needed you?”

“I have suffered so.” 

“Did you not notice or care?”

“What good does it do me now to seek You and the answers I need?”

Oooh, you have just uttered the words “I need.”

Do they not jump off the page for you, to you?

What a simple, beautiful prayer – “I need.”

Does it apply to:

“I need a job.”

“I need answers.”

“I need healing.”

“I need revenge.”

“I need to express my hurt feelings.”

“I need to get my head straight.”

“I  need to get order in my life.”

All of these may be legitimate needs in your life, yet “I need” is only at its fullest when we realize “I need God.”

“Seek first the kingdom of heaven…”

Put down your fighting gloves.  They are not part of God’s Mighty Armour.

God wants you firm in your prayer life.

How do you think Jesus made it to the Cross?  He had to pray and pray to discern and live out God’s Will for Him.

So saying prayers once with Me is a good first step, but I encourage you not to just take this step once, then not continue.

I do not care if you want to do battle with Me.  Come aside and tell Me what you think I should have done for you way back then.  Tell Me you thought I was the God of Love but you sure as heck did not feel loved.

Ask Me to help you put on the armour of redeeming prayer.  Redemption for your dear battered soul and redemption for the souls of others.  You may not want to add the latter part of this prayer.  But just do it because I have asked you to.

It is a HUGE step I know, but would you rather spend the rest of your life recalling the past, or do you feel down deep inside that you have a life worth living, worth living to your fullest potential?

So tell Me you felt abandoned.  Yes I hear this prayer.

Now tell Me “I need you God” and then lets get together and pray very simply.

Even if you have to make a chart on  a page with

I felt abandoned

        I need God

                                             

and list them down the page.

Let us together look at how you felt in the past and what you need now.

And you are making both lists in My Eternal Presence so you are no longer feeling abandoned to try to heal and fix things on your own.

PS  Just remember too that “Vengeance is Mine says the lord” so you don’t have to ever worry about that again.  But don’t tell Me how the revenge should look like or be!
