Do not let my attention be dragged off in another direction.
Come follow Me. Come be obedient to My Will.
Are you willing to do this for Me?
How do you measure your willingness to follow Me?

Do not let down your guard.
Ask your GA to keep close watch over your heart and to remind you when it starts to go astray.
Do not let your hearts be troubled --- not so much by the outside world but by the choices that present themselves to your heart to go astray.
Do not be slack in your prayer life.
Rather this is a good time to intensify your prayer life.
You have more time to spend in prayer.
Because you have a less structured prayer time, does not mean that you slack in prayer.
Look around you and find other sources that will nourish your soul during this time.
