Does the sun rise on everyone?  Yes indeed.

Do My Graces fall on everyone?  Yes indeed.

Does My Enormous Love seek refuge in each person’s heart?  Yes indeed.

Do I Bless everyone?  Yes indeed.

Does each person have a special purpose in this world for which I have created them?  Yes indeed.

Each person, anyone can deny Me all they want and more, yet I will not deny them My Love, Graces and Blessings.

That is what annoys many people.  They feel  because they endeavor to be good and follow My Commandments that they should be more blessed than others who don’t.

So hear it now.  I give eagerly to each person.  Isn’t that a consolation!  For if you, who are trying to follow Me, aren’t, in your eyes, quite as good as some saint, then do you presume I give you less Graces or have given you less Graces and thus you will never be able to be as good as that saint?

I am a God of Equal Opportunity.

I give in over-abundance to each of you.  Some of you may gather more of these Graces into your heart, while others, not through bad intention but rather through poor judgement do not gather in all the Graces I have and do make available.

Now do not be despondent that I  used the words ‘poor judgement’.  But it is so.  You are poorer for My Graces if you do not daily throw open the doors of your heart to receive them.

So each day make wealthy judgements.  Yes each day, whether you feel so inclined or not, throw open the doors of your heart and invite My Graces in.

You see what I mean.  Become more aware that you are in charge of how many rich Graces you receive.

It has nothing to do with My Giving.  For I give in over-abundance.

Rather it is in your hands to pray “Lord I want You to open the doors of my heart to receive Your Graces.”

Compare it to a flood.  If the homeowner knows that a flood may occur, they put up barriers, bags of sand, to keep out the rising, abundant, uncontrollable waters.

So we sometimes, unknowingly, put up barriers to God’s abundant Graces, which flow constantly from His Sacred Heart.

We should rather be inspecting the barriers around our heart and check to see that they are not there to stop God’s Love Flow.

Our heart house is only safe if we allow the Waters of His Grace to flow into our heart home.

Quite the reverse from a water flood eh?  But you do get the idea yes?

Let’s look at some barriers that we put in place that unwittingly prevent My Graces from flowing freely into your heart and then out into the World.

The barrier of fear –

---  What if I let God in and He asks Me to change something here or there in my heart house?

The barrier of pride –

---  I already know what God wants Me to do so I don’t need any further graces to help with those kinds of decisions.

The barrier of unkindness –

---  I really don’t have to be nice to that person God because they are not nice to me.

The barrier of untrust –

---  I can trust God in some things, but I am not sure if I need to trust Him in all things.

The barrier of control –

---  oh this is usually a huge HIGH barrier.  I know what needs to be done Lord.  So I do not need to consult with You and ask for my will to be in obedience to Your Will.

The barrier of guilt –

---  Some say this is a Catholic trait.  Yet if you are living in guilt over a past event you are not living in the present and naturally you can’t make use of today’s Graces because your heart is not in the present to receive these Graces.

The barrier of sorrow –

---  I have blessed you with tears to flow when you are grieving.  Yet these tears are meant to wash away the sorrow attached to grief.  Not to keep you confined to sorrow.  Ask Me to let your sorrowful tears open your heart to renewed joy --- I CAN DO THIS.  I WANT TO DO THIS.

The barrier of ignorance –

---  ooooh,  what do I mean by this?  If you have any inkling of following Me, then you must read My Words.  You may find them puzzling but they are Profound Truth.  So, as you read, just ask Me to let them settle gently in your heart.  There is no need of being ignorant of My Word.

Yet, you may argue, what of those who have never had the opportunity of hearing/reading My Words – do you call them ignorant Lord?

No I don’t.  I call them My Beloved and am still exercising My Love over them.

Do you see how we ask questions of Me about how come and how will I treat others.

First and foremost, learn from Me.  I want you to know that these Words of Mine you are reading are meant for your individual soul.  Do not jump up to defend another because I mentioned one of the barriers as ignorance.

You see you did not look inwardly and inspect your soul because you will try to run ahead of Me challenging how My Words apply to others.

Could this be the barrier of avoidance???

You will do anything rather than most humbly taking the time to truly inspect your soul and bring it to Me for healing.

Perhaps you need the hinges of the doors of your soul oiled by My Graces so that they will start to open up gently to My Prolific Life-Giving Words.

I promised that there would not be another flood as Noah experienced.

But, now I want you to avail your heart each day to the flood of My Graces.

You will see the barriers recede.

You will see new life in your life.

Your heart will beat healthier for it.

So, what another marvelous adventure in our journey to Eternal Life together!

Oh, and where should you put the barriers you want to remove?  Into the Fire of My Sacred Heart where they will be purified.

Go in peace.

Go with a smile on your face. 

Go knowing that this is a delightful adventure – you are allowing the flood of Graces into your heart.  What a  reversal to what we see in the real world when floods threaten.

My Flood of Graces will never be threatening --- challenging yes, threatening no.

I beg you to beg Me to be up for this challenge.

I will meet you at the doors to your open heart and pour tons and tons of My Graces into your heart if that is what you want of Me. 

Ask, Ask, Ask.   Receive, Receive, Receive.

What a great new holy day this is for each of us.

I love you.  You are My Beloved!

I sing praises about My People.

I adore My People. I delight in their kindness, goodness, patience, understanding, wisdom.

Many know Me, some know about Me, while others may never have heard of Me.

I want to help each one of you to know Me better.

I want to whisper in your ear that you are My Beloved.  Some of you may delight in hearing this, some of you may wonder what it means, while others may consider it nonsense.

I don’t mind how it is received.  I am delighted to be able to give it.

Because once you hear it, your heart will receive it with delight because it was made for love and knows the Creator of Love when it hears His Voice.

Your heart will keep reminding you that I have whispered these Words to you and it will ache to hear My Voice proclaim these words again.  It will be restless within you.

So I will keep whispering in your ear.  “You are My Beloved” – not because of what you have done or what you have failed to do.  I have claimed you before the Father as My Beloved and was willing to suffer and die for you.

Listen again “You are My Beloved.”

Now say it to yourself “I am God’s Beloved.”

Some of you will probably not dare to say this phrase to your own heart.  But you just did!

It doesn’t matter if you did it with the greatest trepidation or the greatest belief.  Your heart heard it and is healthier for it.

“Darn”, says you.  That was not your plan to say those Wondrous Words to your heart.  You didn’t mind it so much when Jesus said it to you --  that was just Him talking.

But heh, when your own voice – either from your larynx or from your mind says it – yikes, now where do you stand.

Do you want to put these readings down right away and avoid saying the phrase again. 

But, I bet you want to say it again almost as a dare to show Me that it doesn’t really apply to you and that you don’t mind your heart hearing it from you because you don’t believe it is real or will have any effect on you.

Ok, I challenge you to say it 5 times a day, or maybe 10 times a day.

Then come to Me in a weeks time and show Me your heart.  I will point out to you the areas that have been well-affected by this phrase.

Your heart will rejoice to see that I can see an improvement in it.  Do you not think that your heart wants to be well in you and for you?

I did not install it to lead you into an unhealthy life style.  Your heart beats to the rhythm of Love and when that is lacking it just beats to whatever cadence it can grasp hold of.

It is like someone who is starving.  Even though the body is supposed to get good nourishing food to survive, it will endeavor to survive on the smallest scrap of food it can find.  You would say that that person is still alive, yet not in the wellness of life.

So with the heart.  It can survive even in the darkest of places, yet it is not well.  It is not nourished as it needs to be to be well and acting well in a person’s life.

The challenge is now out there for you to say this phrase 5 times a day.  Maybe 10 times a day. 

You don’t even have to believe it!!  Surprise!  Surprise!

Because the heart will!  This is the nourishment your heart craves!  It needs to hear these words for its very well being.

And even though you may not believe it, the heart knows the Words are not your words, but Mine and that My Message to your heart is Full and Sincere.

So are you ready for the challenge?

Then let’s get started….

1.         I am God’s Beloved.

2.         I am God’s Beloved.

3.         I am God’s Beloved.

4.         I am God’s Beloved.

5.         I am God’s Beloved.

You can stop here if you wish OR you can continue and say it 10 times

6.         I am God’s Beloved

7.         I am God’s Beloved

8.         I am God’s Beloved.

9.         I am God’s Beloved.

10.       I am God’s Beloved.

Now look around you.  Has anything around you, within you changed dramatically or drastically?    You may not feel it but your heart is lighter for it!

Remember this is not a magic phrase – Heaven forbid – but rather it is a meaningful phrase that you and your soul may not have heard before or paid attention to before.

Let’s say it 5-10 times a day for the next little while.  All you have to do it for is once every day.  It will take but a few seconds here, yet will ring through the Halls of Eternity.

When you think about it, it will not cost you a penny.  It is barely noticed in the time frame of your day --- waiting for the bus, while the kettle boils, out for your 30 minute morning walk.

I, the Lord, must caution you.  You will find saying it only 5-10 times a day will not be sufficient.  After awhile, as you increase your bodily exercise time you will find you will increase your ‘saying’ time.  So instead of 5-10 times a day, it  may be 15 – 20 times a day or more!

And as you see others at the bus stop or exercising you will say to your heart “He or she is also God’s Beloved One,”  and wonder if that person knows that.

Rejoice that you know you are His Beloved One and each person in your life and way beyond is also --- this does not by any means diminish His Love for you. 

His Love is Boundless and He wants you and you and you – He wants each ‘you’ saved.
