Start with prayer. When you open your eyes to this new holy day start with prayer --- a prayer of thanks for the night that has passed and a prayer of thanks for this new holy day.
Do not waste your moments on your plans. A moment in prayer begins your plans for the day, so now readily hand over your new holy day to the Lord.
So, on awakening it is a prayer of thanks and a prayer of promise. “I promise Lord to hand over my entire day to you.”
It is not always something you may remember to do, but it is something that you can post somewhere that it will be one of the first things you see.
A Prayer and A Promise.
You will know to what it refers.
Take time to joyfully come into this day not planning but praying and promising.
It is never a waste of your time or your earthly focus.
The more you focus on Me, on serving Me as I have asked, the better your day will be.
Because you will not just be “doing” it with your body, but also allowing Me to direct your soul which a lot of times gets left out of your planning! Yet, is always the focal point of My planning your day for you.
Can you imagine what Great Good could be done in the World if we all responded to God’s call to our souls to let Him Lead us.
So you will say, ‘Well, a lot of people aren’t going to do this Lord, to let You plan their whole day.”
So, with that response are you telling Me that it would be futile for you to let Me Lead you through the day, each day?
Do you hear yourself? You do not have to worry about the response of ANYONE else.
I have asked you to follow Me.
Following Me means allowing Me to LEAD you through your day which, by the way, I have given to you.
You did not Create it so why are you taking ownership of it?
