Keep silent. Yes, keep silent and wait patiently for Me to speak.
I do not need to hear any of your thoughts or plans.
I want you to be silent so that you are open and ready to receive the Lord.
Do not chastise yourself if you break that silence but continue to ask Me for the Grace of Silence.
It, the Grace of Silence, allows you to be willingly ready to receive My Message for you, to you, this day.
And perhaps the only Message is that you have kept silent --- practicing a virtue or several virtues --- patience, non-interference, non-lying, non-verbal diarrhoea.
I want you silent for a good reason and lo and behold I do not have to share that reason with you!
That is sort of the catch isn’t it --- to practice obedience for obedience’s sake.
How can we grow close if there is always chatter from you, even from within your head.
So, the Grace of Silence will enable you to divest yourself of even mind-talking.
You know what I mean. It is almost like a movie script in your head. “I will do”, “he/she said”, then my response, “what if..” and it goes on and on.
So once again the Grace of Silence brings you into the Presence of the One who knows ALL & wants to share ALL with you
Do not miss such a Graced Moment.
Constant chatter is like a jack hammer in your head.
You miss the sound of the bird or squirrel that is drowned out by your head chatter.
Thank Me when you see or hear My Nature around you, even hearing the busy sound of a jack hammer.
But, let Me bring them to you. Do not let you be busy with your thoughts so much so that you will miss the many Gifts I have for you throughout this day.
This is another way to celebrate the new holy day unencumbered by your prattle, --- accompanied by My Plans for you this day.
