Hanging around with Jesus -- #1240

Why the cast down eyes?   Are you avoiding Me or are you sad because of something bad happening in your life?

OR perhaps you have cast your eyes down in solemn prayer.  

It happens sometimes, doesn’t it, that to avoid distractions we cast our eyes down while endeavouring to lift our hearts up to the Lord.

I want you less distracted this Advent and more attentive to where your heart is in relation to Me and you.

What Grace do you need to make this a healthier and happier Advent?

Now, I am not talking health of body, but rather of your dear soul.  

I am not talking happier as the body sometimes interprets happy.

I want your soul to be rejoicing more in serving Me, and tomorrow and the next day.

So how should I do that Lord?

Well perhaps ask Me for the Grace of a Healthier and Happier soul!

Wow, did you ever think you could or should ask for that Grace?

And if you get it --- I should say when you ask and you then get it, will you recognize it?

But you see, when I send these Graces upon you, I also include instructions and the outcome ---  how will they look in your life.

Be attentive and do not make up anything.   Just let the  Graces enlighten you and I tell you most solemnly they most definitely will.  

Do not look for your body senses to sense them.  Allow your soul to sense them and their purpose and their results.

We want to “feel” good, “feel” happy, but the soul can be in the deepest of pain and yet know good, know happy.

The Saints are such great examples!

Now please don’t run away saying “I am not a saint’, “I cannot be a saint.”

Then, may I ask “why are you hanging around with Me ?

I am serious – what result do you expect in your life by hanging around with Me?

What outcome can possibly come from hanging around with Me?

I am most serious.  Or do you think I am challenging you just for fun?

I have a great sense of humor, but I am not using it right now.

I want you to step back and ask yourself most sincerely “why am I hanging around with Jesus?”

You must know, or so many opportunities will pass you by.

Do you believe that hanging around with Me, Jesus, will make you a better, holier person?

Is that what you want in your life?

OR, is there something other than holiness you ache for in your life?

Don’t you love these questions!!

I want you to settle in to finding the purpose for you hanging around with Me.  

Ask for the Grace to Enlighten you as to why you are hanging around with Me.

It sounds foolish perhaps, but you need the Grace, first of all, to hang around with Me, then the added Grace to discern where hanging around with Me is, will take you.

My Words Leave a Mark! -- #1239

Dear One --- yes, I am speaking to you, to each one of you.

Now tell Me what you have learnt about Me so far through these Words of Mine that I have shared with each one of you.

Are you the better for having read them?

What has made the biggest impact on you?

What has improved our relationship?

You should not be afraid to ask and answer these questions as truthfully as possible.

What did you expect to find?

Did you find anything, anyone?

Has your faith become firmer for having read and taken in these Words of Mine?

Let me know --- after you have read a dictation find the seed in it that speaks to you.

I tell you each Word I have dictated stands for Truth and Love 

My Words have to leave a mark!

Did you realize that?

They may upset you, discourage you, make you fearful, cause sadness and grief.

But each of these reactions and more are calling forth something from you that together you and I can discuss.

So jot down your reactions, comments, disappointments, bewilderments.

Do not become discouraged if, each time, you do walk away after having read these Words and felt bewildered!

No, No, No.   That tells you that you need MORE of Me in your life and not less!

We may not want to confront Me about this and that.  But don’t hesitate to ask Me what is on your mind and ask Me then to help you resolve it.

Hopefully some of the Words I have spoken let you know that I will not laugh or think any question you want to ask to be foolish, or sound stupid.

I hope you know that through all these Words of Mine there has always been compassionate, unconditional Love.

I want you closer to Me today than you were yesterday.

I certainly hope that much I have made Truthfully clear to your soul.

I do want you to consider that I want you to be well informed, to feel safe in My Company, to realize that I do have ALL the answers  --  no matter what your question is.

So, do not hesitate when you read any of These Dictations to ask Me this or that.

Yet, there may not be any questions that arise and then as you know you can joyfully thank Me for making things more clear to you so that you can live a fuller life in Me, Jesus Christ.
