a great rewarding yearning

Gather around My People.  Do not let a Word of Mine not be heard.

How do I do that Lord?   By living by each one of My Words daily.

Your responses, your actions will show forth into the World.

If you do not live by My Words how can you ever explain them, teach them to any other.

If you are a disciple of Mine it will be obvious.

Now that is not an effort I want you to strive for ...... to become a disciple of Mine.

Rather, strive most humbly each day to serve your God lovingly and Joyfully.

That is the fullness of discipleship --- serving Me with a humble, joyful heart.

That is how one spreads the gospel you know.

So, if you aren’t willing to be joyfully, humbly obedient, how can you ever expect to teach others what you can’t, don’t want to do yourself?

Do not put this down as sheer foolishness.

First, surrender your humble, contrite heart to Me.

A humble, contrite heart yearns to be obedient.
A humble, contrite heart has the Grace to Come Follow Me.

If I had not asked you to Come Follow Me, why would I ever expect you to?

Each of us needs encouragement and just so you don’t have to waste time wondering --- should I follow Him or not, I have asked you.

It is not a command but a sign post in your life each day to get up and Come Follow Me.

Tell Me that you will Follow My Will this day in your life and your will be Graced to do so.

Do not let a moment pass when your heart is not yearning to Follow Me. 

What a great rewarding yearning!!

It cannot be matched.

No other is half as Graced as yearning to Come Follow Me. 

no garbage

Do not take any garbage with you.  Do you know what I mean by that?

As you start this new holy day, do not take anything with you but Me.

No stray thoughts, no stuff that stands between Me and your good health..... good health of the soul.

I want to be ALL.   So, no mulling over what you have done, or more importantly, what you failed to do.

I want your whole heart focused on Me so that you will let Me, ask Me, give Me permission to lead you through this new holy day.

Take your plans for today and scrap them, shred them, throw them out.  They are and always have been an obstacle to our relationship.

I want your heart dedicated to Me alone.

Let Me lead you through this new holy day.

And return regularly if you must to re-surrender to My Will for you this day.

Intentionally

Did you think I had forgotten?   I want to enrich My People more and more to make them more aware of My Presence in their lives.

Did you feel you needed to hear from Me?   Any of you... were you looking for a Message that would turn your heart back to Me?

So easily our hearts can get distracted.  It may not even be intentional, but unless we keep the Lord ever before us our heart can meander off in different directions.

It is like walking in the woods.  You just casually take this or that path with no specific intention and sometimes realize it has taken you farther than you intended to go.

Sometimes so with the heart.  Our soul has to be grounded and, to do that, remind it that it started this day dwelling in My Sacred Heart.

We do not wander off unintentionally, yet we have to return intentionally.

Do you see what I mean?

In the first instance something ‘shiny’ catches our attention and we sort of casually or more intently follow it to its source.

Whereas, we can break away from this wandering by intentionally asking God to lead us back to Him.

It is sometimes a prayer that we have to say to break the spell of the ‘shiny’ object that has taken us away from God and not even necessarily into sin, but leaves us more vulnerable to the temptation of sin.

So, yes, starting your day in prayer and surrender is welcomed by Me, but because of your human nature you can be easily distracted. 

So the one prayer of surrender at the beginning of the day may not be enough to see you well through the whole day.
