REVIEW -- #193 from Oct. 15, 2013

 #193 Tuesday, Oct. 15/13  10am, St. Theresa’s, before the Blessed Sacrament

So you have your book out so let’s get together and I will dictate and you can write.

Welcome to the chapel.  It is not the same as yesterday, nor is it the same one day to the next.

The adorers are different, the temperature is different, the candles burn differently, the lights are on because it is overcast.

So each time we come to adore, we are doing it for the first and only time, this moment, in your life.

You have never been here before in this moment of time.  It is always new.

See the opportunities I offer you, each one of you, to start anew, to deepen our relationship anew, to wander in My Immense Creation anew.

We talk about our old ways and how hard it is to avoid habits we have nurtured.

But now think about this.  Each day you awaken not at the exact moment, brush your teeth not exactly the same as yesterday, each breakfast not exactly as you did yesterday.

Yet we do not relish these as new moments in our lives.  

Have you thanked Me for awakening you this day, having you brush your teeth, eat your breakfast?

You do not have to ask My Permission, yet it would not happen without My Permission.  

So thank Me.  

This will be a habit you will not have to try to break, but rather try to build.

And your thank you to Me will always be new and for the very and only first time for this

moment in your life.  Pile up your thank yous.  They will never do you any harm.

You may say “I adore every day.”

It sounds like repetition doesn’t it? But it is not!

You do not adore the same today as you did yesterday.  

Isn’t that grand.  

It eliminates repetition so you can come closer and closer to Me and our union.

If we believe our adoring is the same day in and day out why would we bother to come each day?  

Just tell the Lord “ditto” and be off doing something else.

But we know the call is greater than one of repetition!

It is one of confirmation – daily we arise and confirm and affirm our faith in Our Loving God.

And hopefully our relationship is growing with Him so that we can confirm and affirm “I want to be closer to You today than yesterday, Lord.”

That makes our adoration a-fresh. 

We have to acknowledge to Him that His Presence in our lives is not stagnant.  It is alive and if it is alive it must grow.

Just as we grow from infancy to childhood to teen-hood to adult-hood to old age, our spiritual self is bound to grow when we come into contact more and more with God and open our hearts to His Creative Love.

Now our souls can get stagnant – yes for sure.  

If you are content with your faith and don’t nourish it, of course it won’t grow, it will die.  Just as your body will die if you do not nourish it.  

So do not look upon coming to adoration as ‘the same old thing’ that you do every day.  

Now, mind you, it may be if you do not entreat the Lord to help you to become more spiritual.  

So it is not the ‘habit’ of doing something, it is the 'attitude' of doing something – the attitude of your heart and soul.

Do you just come to pass the time, to look good in others eyes, or have you found peace, nourishment, enrichment in My Presence?  

Do you see the difference?  

If the heart/soul do not change for the better then it is just a habit.

Yet how can you come before Me often and not be changed?  

I will worm My Way into your heart.  I am most persistent.  Thank God for that, eh.

Remember to beg Me each day for a new heart.  

Remember that begging Me is not groveling – it is asking to be more My servant today than yesterday.  

Complying with My Wishes rather than your plans.  Being flexible because you told Me you want Me in charge of your life.

Sometimes, you see, we say the words “I surrender myself to You” but our heart does not want to fully comply.  

We think it does until a circumstance arises and oops “I don’t really want to do THAT, Lord.”

You have seen it lately Margo.  So smile when you see it because it is Me ACTIVE in your life obeying your surrender to Me.

Smile because you thought you were really surrendering till ooops.

Smile because you know it is Me jumping in and disturbing your plans which you thought you had surrendered to Me. 

Smile because I LOVE YOU and want to show you how present in your life I want to be.

So nurture the habit of a surrendering heart.  

It will never be an old habit, but will be renewed and renewed each time you surrender your heart to Me.  

Because it takes conviction, belief, trust, love and a deep ache to know My Will for you.  

So it will always be new because I give you a new day, not the same as yesterday or tomorrow and offer you the opportunity to be closer to Me today than yesterday.

I invite all My Beloved to surrender their hearts to Me.  My Sacred Heart is Immense and will never turn away an eager heart.

I do not turn away uneager hearts either – it is the owner of the uneager heart that does not accept My Invitation to come and abide in My Sacred Heart. 

Now do not be concerned about them as if you have to solve their dilemma.  Just bring your soul and their soul into My Loving Presence.

I already know your intentions for them, now you have to allow My Intentions to prevail in them and NOT yours.

You know what I am talking about Margo.  Each person who reads this knows what/whom I am talking about.  

You know where you feel you should jump in and exert your control. 

I tell you solemnly to TRUST IN ME and let go of your ego.  I am in charge. 

Give Me permission to be in charge.  

Loosen My Bonds and let My Heart rule in their heart, not your limited vision of what the fix should be.

I just reminded you Margo that you do not need to know My Will, but rather you need to do My Will which is Let Go and Let God.

As you wish Me to act in their lives, please allow Me to act in yours.

REVIEW -- #192 from Oct. 13, 2013

 #192  Sunday, Oct. 13/13  11pm, at home

Again another day comes to a close.  Or that is how we sometimes look at it.  

Tomorrow brings a new adventure.  I will be with you then as together we journey in our faith life.

Do you realize the importance of being honest?  

Now that question comes out of the blue yet it is important that we address honesty.

How do I want you to look at it?  

How often does it come up in your life?  

When do you realize that you are not being as honest as you could be?  

When do we slip in the extra that may not be as accurate as the original?

Do we check ourselves when we feel we are going astray with a story?  Do we tend to add things?

What I want you to do is to beg Me to show you where you are lying.  

Now, no one wants to be called a liar.  

So I will not call you a liar, yet if you beg Me to show you when/if you are lying, I will do it most willingly.

Do not try to analyze it by yourself.

Ask Me to help you.  Again it is another step in trusting Me to reveal to you how our union can and should grow ---- if that is what you want.

No need to seek comfort from elsewhere, just from Me.  

I will comfort your soul that does not like to see itself as not truthful.  Right?

Gee we have journeyed this far and talked about all sorts of things and so now we will venture into seeking to be very truthful in our thoughts and words.

Now, truth and honesty go together, yet you do not have to say something mean to, or about, someone and follow it by saying --- “well, it’s the truth.”

The facts may be true but your motive certainly is not.  

If you base it on love and you know the Truth is hurtful, then you will not say it and act quickly to even remove it from your mind.  

When have we asked God to speak the Truth to someone’s heart?

Sometimes we want to be the bearer of the un-loving truth.  

But we must avoid this because it does not follow through with our command from God to love one another.

You may think that if you love the person you will tell them the Truth.  

Yet look around you.  Does this so-called truth build up or tear down a person?

Come to Me first and ask Me if it is My Will to give you the opportunity to speak the truth to a person.  

Remember it can’t be about your pride or your revenge.  It has to be about My Love.

Ask yourself why do you think the person needs to hear the truth?  And is it the truth according to you or according to Me?

So many of us rush to tell the truth without first consulting with Me.

I hold the key to the Words of Truth.  If they are to be said, let Me tell you what to say and when.

I know some people will ask you to be truthful after they have asked you a question like “Do you like my haircut?” ,  “Do you think I should have an abortion?”  

You see some questions are more profound and drastically life-changing compared to others.

Yet each calls for gentle truth.  “I like your hair when it is fuller.  It compliments your face.” 

And yet the second question calls for an all-out assault of Love.

Not an easy response like “I don’t believe in it, but it really is up to you.”  

Now that is true – that the person has a choice in this circumstance, yet they need more Truth-filled Love.  

Go out on a limb and tell them “No, absolutely not.”

They may ask “why that response?”  

Gently add “you are special, your baby is special and the Lord has given you the privilege to carry this precious Creation of His.”

As women and men we take responsibility for creating life, yet we can’t.

It is impossible.  Science tells us how the egg when fertilized by the sperm will develop instantly into a human being.  

But we have not created the egg.

We have not created the sperm.

We have not created the unbelievable union that takes place and creates another one-of-a-kind human being.

That is how precious each person is in God’s sight.  

Each of us is one-of-a-kind.  

We can’t fathom the Greatness of God!

Yet we sometimes are afraid to proclaim His Greatness by standing for the Truth of each new created human being.

Do we lie to ourselves and God when we make excuses for taking the life of a human being?  

Here we are, back to talking about lying.  

How truthful are we to God and ourselves when He confronts us with His Truth?

How do we make it easy on us not to be obedient to All His Truths?

We are lying to ourselves if we say we have a personal relationship with Jesus and yet choose not to adhere to His Way, His Truth, His Life.

So lying to others is far secondary than our lying to Jesus.

Perhaps we have never put lying in that context before.  We usually see it as ‘a human to human’ thing!

So start to see it more as ‘a human to God’ exchange.  

So if there is any lying done in this union, it is only coming from one source and that source is not God.

REVIEW -- #191 from Oct. 10, 2013

 #191  Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013  4pm, St. Theresa’s, before Blessed Sacrament.

I come to you in Glory.  Did you enjoy the reading from Habakkuk?

Can you see that so many before you have believed in Me so completely that even disaster did not dissuade their faith in Me.

Isn’t it also coincidental how we question Me about why I allow evil to persist, as did Habakkuk.  Human kind has not changed.

But beware that as you ask you still continue to nourish your faith in Me.  Many times we get discouraged about bad things happening and utter “where is God?”

I do not mind you consulting with Me at all, but the firmness of your faith must not be shaken by disaster.  

It is not a test of your faith.  If you really do believe in Me and My Glorious Plan for mankind your faith will not falter.  

It takes great courage to hold onto faith in the midst of tragedies.

That is why our union has to grow deeper and deeper.  One could not blow over a tree in a violent storm whose roots are so deep in the ground.

But you do not grow strong roots unless you grow deeper and deeper in Me.

It is natural to question Me and I don’t mind. But do you see how you question Me – with respect as I respect you, My Beloved.   

It is natural to ask “when will this end Lord?” because if you have a personal relationship with Me that is naturally part of our conversation.

Do I, God, dare ask you when you will love each and every person equally and unconditionally?

You see, you see the speck in My Eye.  

You do not like to see oppression, yet not loving as I have asked you to love oppresses Me.

Eegad, eh? I do not mean it destroys Me.  That is impossible. 

However, it does beg the question --- does not loving as I have asked you to love cause disaster and desolation and cruelty?

We don’t think that our lack of love is destructive do we?  We just think of it as part of being human.  

But I tell you, you cannot hide behind ‘being human’ when you know what I have asked of you.

Now, I do not say this in a mean way.  If you wish to grow closer and closer to Me, you must allow Me to reveal to you some bitter Truths.

Bitter to you.  Who wants to hear that their un-loving ways can cause disaster and destruction?

And you can’t claim that you are loving when I can bring a few people before you and you will explain to Me how hard it is to love them. 

It may be hard I agree, but do you ask Me daily to help you remove that dislike and hate from your heart?

Do you want to love them or are you satisfied to find them hard to love and leave it at that?

There are basic steps to take to love them:

-- Do not run them down.

-- Do not build yourself up.

-- Do not look for them to change but beg Me to change your heart.

-- When they come to mind, bring your soul and their soul into My Most Sacred Heart.

-- Do not look for them to speak nicely to you or well of you.  You do not love only if they love back – FALSE, FALSE, FALSE

You recognize that pride plays a huge role in keeping you from truly loving.

I think it is great that you have a model to copy!  

How would you know it was possible if I had not told you and shown you.  

“But yes” you say, “You are God, easy for You.”

Why would I have told you the two greatest commandments if I knew you could not endeavor to do them?

I would have told you “Well only Love Me and your neighbor a little bit.”

But I didn’t. So Our Plan for you is not an impossible task to accomplish.  

It is darn hard because each one of us is working from our human level trying to accomplish this.  

But work from your soul level – it will not let you down.

It does not function on human emotions – pride, self-pity, meanness.  

It is on a God-level – able to express itself to God with no trappings – just true honesty.

Like your soul may say “I find it hard to love that person.  Help me Lord to love as you would have me do.”

While the physical says: “I find it hard to love that person Lord because…”  Your humanness recognizes their humanness and finds fault.

So let your soul speak to Me if you really want to love as I have asked you to love.  

Keep your humanness out of this conversation because it will only find faults for not loving.
