Another day passes. There will be time tomorrow to surrender once again to Me.
If you feel called to that is. So many times we awaken and may say hello to Me, but not always do we tell the Lord that we ache to surrender to His Will.
There should be great anticipation in surrendering!
We can even look forward to it as you would to a surprise. Because you will forgo all your plans, and will for My Plans, My Will for your day.
Surrendering does not come with a sigh of resignation, but rather with a sigh of relief – we do not have to be in charge of anything.
We do not think of it like that.
We think of it as something we are doing for God, but step it up a notch.
Allow it to be an ache on your heart that you have the will to choose surrender and that is what you ache to do.
You cannot just say it half-heartedly.
You must say it with an ache in your heart to be able to exert all your will power in surrendering.
It is the Grace to Fully Surrender. Not an ache to serve the Lord, but even more so.
Let me Lord surrender the all of me to You.
Help me Lord, Grace me Lord to surrender entirely to you.
What a blessing when we realize that there is still more of us that we can surrender to the Lord.
