JUST SIT WITH ME -- #1402 from Nov. 30, 2022

 #1402  Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2022,  3:40pm, St. Theresa’s before the Blessed Sacrament.

I ask you to sit with Me.

Just sit with Me.

Do not try to convince Me of anything or particularly ask for anything.

Just sit with Me.  

Do not bring any concerns with you.

Let us just sit with each other.

I ache for a friendship that goes beyond asking, goes beyond wanting.

I ache for a friendship that just wants to be with Me.

Trusting entirely that I already have every question and concern in My Sacred Heart and taken care of.

It is our beings that I wish to melt together.

So that there is no need on your part because you truly believe that I have answered every need before you even ask.

I ache for your Total Trust in Me.

And it is possible  --  we just have to be willing to surrender each and every thing to Him.  

Surrender is such a fullness of Trust.  Did you realize that?

It is you giving all over to Me in the Trust that I want to be and really am fully in charge.

Do you see how full your day will be spiritually when you are able to surrender all to Me?

What a freeing experience!

What a fear – less experience!

What a centered experience!

Come just sit with Me.   Please.

(Release your soul into My Generous Care)

Quiet My People.  The night is still.  Listen to My Voice.

I want to bestir your soul to greatness.  Not greatness as the World thinks of it, but rather greatness of Love, greatness of Kindness, greatness of Humility, greatness of Abandonment --- abandoning your soul into My Loving Hands.

Does this kind of greatness intrigue you and make you want to seek for it?  OR does it pale in comparison to the greatness in this World?  

Would you prefer Worldly greatness and adulation, or rather your soul raised to greater goodness before its Creator?

We must surrender our need for worldly adoration and ask for the Grace to realize the greatness of a good soul. 

Do you realize what you can accomplish if you give over your soul to Me to manage and direct?

You will not receive a whole bunch of worldly acclamation.  So please do not expect it.

Release your soul into My Generous Care.

You see when you surrender yourself to Me each day, it is really your soul that needs to be surrendered to Me.  

Then your thoughts are less likely to have the chance to mislead your soul because you have entrusted it to Me and can continue to do this anytime throughout the day.

We can keep a pristine body with creams and exercise, but if the soul is not as pure as possible the body falls into decay even though it may look great. 

Yes the body does deteriorate but it will do so with natural progression, n because it is led to decay by the soul, a rudderless soul.

Yet if the soul is strong and well directed, even though the body may be fragile and sick it is still well.

Sound strange?

You see, if your soul is well directed and Graced by Me, you will not be distracted in seeing My Blessings for you in this World.

You will not look upon your body and be discontent with this or that.  

If the body gives out on you, you will be able to accept this part of God’s Plan for you, if your soul is in a healthy state.

It is when your soul is sick that you are more likely to pick on and be discontent with a sick body.  

You will not want to accept suffering as something worthy of living through or with.

Endeavor to make sure your soul is always in a safe harbor.  

Then when you look upon the World around you it will not seem so impossible and overwhelming.

So, daily surrender your precious soul to Me with great Joy and Trust and Reliance and Patience and Honesty and Love.

Align your soul to Mine.  Follow Me.

REVIEW -- #388 from June 4, 2015

(Lord help me surrender)

Lord, I come to do Your Will.

It is such an easy line that slips off our lips.  Yet it is a very hard line to follow.

When, during the day, do  you mention that you don’t want to do this and would prefer to do that?

It is true.  We would love to do My Father’s Will but, it had better be the same as mine.  Right?

Let go of everything.  Surrender everything to Me.  

Start with the small.  These are easy things to do but then gradually the harder things to surrender will be much easier.

I do not want My People in chains.  I want you to experience the freedom of freely falling into My Precious Arms.  

It is a Trust thing for sure,  yet I invite you daily to Trust in Me regarding all things.

You surrendered your day to Me, but you are already thinking about what you will do today.  These things do not jive, go together.

Otherwise you are torn as to what to surrender and what to keep hold of.

Very easily each time you start to plan your day, simply tell Me “I surrender it all to You, Lord.”

And then end it with a Hail Mary, or Our Father, or Glory Be. 

Make it a mini prayer time.  Make this request to Me a mini prayer time. 

Because it is a request even though you are telling Me that you surrender – what you really need is for Me to help you surrender.  Right?

So you can say, “Lord help me surrender all to You.”

You see, in this prayer, your reliance on Me to help you surrender.  You and all of you need My Graces to surrender all of you to Me.
