 #393  Fri. June 12/15, 10am, St. Theresa’s, before the Blessed Sacrament 

(Main Distraction? or Main Attraction?)

My Sacred Heart awaits.

You do not have to enter just once a day, but I beckon you to come many times a day.

I Love your presence in Me.  

I invite you to come many times because when you do come it is hard to stay here long due to the outside distractions of this world.  

Yet you can come often showing Me that I can become a distraction for you!

Do you see what I mean?  

I want to draw you away from what you think is important in life to the One and Only THING that has any importance.

Let Me distract you!  

Let Me interfere with your plans – see it as a delightful surprise visitor each time I come and shake up your day.

Let Me distract you from all that is not as essential in your life as I am. 

I want to be your Center and I also want to distract you from other things that can draw you away from Me, your Center.

Quietly embrace Me as your Center and as your Main Distraction --- or maybe your Main Attraction.

I want you ever more present with Me.  

So come often and more often.  

Just drop by and say hello, or leap joyfully into My Most Sacred Heart, or drag yourself there under great sadness. 

However you come, I do not mind.  

I call you to come to Me and BE with the ALL of Me. 

I do not tell you that you have to be prim and proper to come in, or only have a happy attitude, or are ready to confess your greatest wrong.

You do not have to be false in front of Me. What a relief eh, because most of the time we find we are not wearing the garment of Truth.

Come to Me as joyful or as befuddled as you are.  

I do not look on your emotional state.  

I want to reach deeper and deeper into your soul to heal all that is affecting you emotionally.

Even your joy can be made more joyful in My Presence.  Even your worst wrong can be washed clean in My Presence.

“Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, call me home.”

Let me, give me the Grace to respond to Your Call to enter Your Most Sacred Heart often and more often.

Jump into my path this day and distract me from all that de-centers me from You as My Center.

Let Me, Your Loving Lord, be your Main Distraction and your Main Attraction.  I Love you, you are My Beloved One. 

Go in Peace.  Go out into the World from the center of My Sacred Heart.  

See how differently the World would look from this vantage point.  It is like being on top of Everest --- one can see for miles.

(Pride misleads us)

Keep seeking Me.  Let not your eyes fall on other false leads.  Keep seeking Me.

I want My People to know that I hold ALL they will ever need.

Do not let fancy things, plans, ideas, distract you from seeking Me. 

Ask Me if I am to be found in these fancy things that your mind proposes you go after.

When you tend to think in this direction, stop briefly and ask if this is from Me, from God.

Seek Me in all things.  

Do not make Me up but sincerely seek Me.  

Let Me show you and lead you to the Graces I have in store for you.

Do not become distracted.  

Do not feel abandoned.   

Do not allow this world to drag you down into hopelessness.

Continue to seek Me in sickness and in health.

Give Me permission to work in and through you in sickness and in health.

I Love to reveal more and more of My Kingdom to each one of you.

Have you asked Me lately to reveal My Kingdom to your hungry, undernourished soul?

Ask Me now then.

This is not so you can brag “I have seen the Kingdom of God!”  

This is to show you the Great Glory of My Kingdom and how worthy you are to continue to seek it.

You are worthy.  

Each one of you, even the greatest sinner is worthy because God the Father Created you because He Loves you.

Do you think you are carrying around huge unforgiveable sins? Is this shame on your part because of what you have done, or guilt, or pride.

Yes, Pride!  Proud to be able to admit you are a sinner, but perhaps even greater pride to think you are not worthy of forgiveness.

Do you feel you are not worthy of Forgiveness yet would gladly take it if I gave it to you?

Then I do.  

Now are you willing to open your heart to receive it or will you remain too proud to let Me in because of all the evil you have done.

Did pride lead you to do evil?

Does pride keep you from receiving My Forgiveness?

Seek Me first.  Do not let the evil one sneak in and tempt you to do evil and more evil.  He plays on your pride did you know that?

Seek Me first.  

Do not let the evil one discourage you from seeking forgiveness telling you that you really are not worthy.

Our pride keeps us from telling ALL to God for fear He will really think I am really bad.  

So, our pride stops our tongue from revealing all because surely then He will not forgive me when He hears all my sins.
