(mountain, mole hill)
Climb mountains My People.
Now that does not mean to rush out there and climb a mountain.
But do not be afraid of the obstacles before you which may seem like mountains.
Face them with Me. Ask Me how to tackle this problem.
Ask Me even if it is a problem worth tackling --- certainly not on your own, but maybe take My Advice and don’t tackle it.
Some mountains we make on our own; other mountains appear out of the blue in front of us.
Either way, ask Me to lead you.
These mountains we make up ourselves, why have we given them to ourselves?
Silly question? But not really.
Why do we feel we must make a mountain out of a mole hill?
Are we afraid to leave it with Me, or do we think I do not act fast enough, or do not realize how really important the mole hill really is?
Do we enjoy being bound up by problems?
Now there is an interesting question.
Is it because we want something to complain about?
Does it make it look, to others, that we have a hard life?
Are we looking for sympathy and/or compassion?
Like the snow being banked up against your door in the winter. Trust that I will help you solve the problem.
It just struck you that it is all about Trust.
When I trust the Lord with it, no matter what the ‘it’ is, the mountain becomes a mole hill --- right ?
In other words, I don’t have to let it so occupy my mind that I turn from prayer, just regular prayer, and put prayer aside to try to figure this out.
The more you put your problems in My Sacred Trust the more time you have for prayer with Me.
When we walk about besot by a problem, we most certainly are not in Trusting prayer.
We feel we have to solve this problem because no one else will.
Do you see how all the body relaxes when you decide to Trust in Me and throw it all at Me and then get on with our loving relationship?
Not “what should I do Lord?” as you wring your hands, but “I trust Lord that you will give me the Grace to solve this problem.”
I will wait Lord on Your good timing.
I will pray prayers of thanks that I have such a Strong Person who can handle all my problems.
Any solutions You provide Lord I will give you praise and honor, because really all solutions are Yours.
It isn’t like, You think up some Lord, and I will think up others.
Then, I Trust in You sometimes, and in me sometimes.
Lord please, I beg You, give me the Grace to Trust in You for all times, in every situation – from “where is my hammer Lord?” to “should I go there?”, to “what do you want me to do next Lord?”
I need the outpouring of Your Trust over me at all times.
Not that You are not pouring forth the Grace of Trust, but that I will be open to receiving it more and more.
Trust in the Lord. What a great prayer!
What a great opportunity to be less self-centered and more God-centered.
Trust in the Lord, ALWAYS!
Jesus Loves me.
A prayer of great Trust, the more you say it, the more you Trust. It is that simple.
God Bless.
