#257 Wed. Apr. 16/14,
10:20am. St.Theresa’s before Blessed Sacrament
Be Joyful. I have
Words to share with all of you. The
Resurrection is almost upon us. Rejoice
and be glad.
The hour of My Passion is coming yet the hour of My
Resurrection is also coming. My Death
could have been the end except it was trumped by My Resurrection.
Rejoice and be glad!
Surely allow yourself to experience My Passion --- to walk
with Me in your life’s journey is a reflection for you of My Passion.
I want you to know that My Passion is here to strengthen
you, to show you that the fullness of the Resurrection is preceded by the
passion. Whose life has not experienced
the passion of pain, suffering, sorrow?
I did not want you to feel that your life was in the depths
of nothingness. I want you to realize
that the passion is so, so part of the Resurrection.
We all want the Resurrection without the passion, but
it just does not happen that way.
Look at Me. I could have just died and then Resurrected but
it would not give you the proper sense and value of the Resurrection if I had
not suffered first.
One begets the other.
One does not make sense without the other.
Stand firm that you will think your passion is worse than
others. It may seem so to outsiders,
yet, I tell you your passion is such a personal journey, allowed by Me, to
bring you ever closer to who I AM in your life.
I know that it is hard, very, very hard to endure such
pain.
But rest assured I am with you through medicine, through
compassionate people, through the love of a stranger.
You know yourself that when the pain passes we know what
‘good’ feels like, eh?
You would not be able to experience My True Goodness if you
lived constantly in feeling ‘good’ times.
You would not need Me or seek Me.
Look at the times that have brought you running to Me. It is usually in painful times, right?
Can you imagine the delight of your soul, the Resurrection
of your soul when it sees you, in pain, running to Me for help?
Your soul is thirsty for My Love and consolation, so it is
very jubilant when your hurts bring you more into My Presence.
If you were not in pain, would you often reference Me?
Some of you would, and yet, there are others who might
not. Not because they are purposely
ignoring Me, but they feel they have no particular need of Me at this time in
their lives.
So perhaps your soul rejoices when you are in pain or
suffering because it hopes you will utter “My God, My God why have you forsaken
me? It desires to hear your voice
calling on God to release you from pain and refresh your soul with My Words, My
Name in your life.
I have told you before that even when you are using My Name
in vain --- in regular conversation, not really sincerely referencing Me, that
your soul grasps and holds tight to My Name that you have uttered because that
is its source of life and nourishment.
My Name, even taken in vain, has such a power that you can’t
realize.
Now do not take it in vain to see if I am right on
this. But if you hear it taken in vain,
rejoice that it has such power even in these circumstances!
Grab it, hold onto it, rejoice in it. You know to whom it belongs and the power it
has, so do not hesitate to embrace it and let the power it has be released in
you.
It is like someone who lets loose a precious butterfly. The butterfly will hang in the air awaiting
to be admired and captured by our sight and senses.
So with My Name. It
will hang in the air waiting for a soul to capture it, embrace it, rejoice in
hearing the Name, even in the vilest of circumstances, and give it a place to
rest and nourish the person who takes it in.
When you hear My Name taken in vain, not in prayer, repeat
it, repeat it, repeat it to yourself in great admiration and love.
Let it resonate in your soul “Jesus”, “Jesus”, “Jesus”.
A smile will come over your face. You can’t help but be delighted by the power
and love of this voice within you. Each
cell will rejoice.
You see you may go through a day, not using my Name in vain,
and perhaps not using His Name much at all.
So it is almost like Jesus wants to get your attention and
draw you back to Him, when you hear His Name taken in vain.
His name is Precious, so make it precious to your soul by
saying it many times a day.
And then count the extra blessings when you can take it at a
moment that it is used in vain and give it the true adoration it needs. Do not disclaim the person who
is using it in vain.
But rather acclaim Me, the Importance and Impact of My Name
in your life. It is just another great
opportunity for you to adore My Name and give it the honor it is due.
I caution you, do not think less of the person using My Name
in vain --- heh they know My Name!
But be very aware of the marvelous blessing you can bring
into you and into the world when you take My Name, said in vain, and Raise It
Up!
You see right away then that by doing this My Name is no
longer taken in vain!
Get it?
My Name serves a purpose at all times if you understand that
you can, by your adoration and praise, make the taking of My Name a source of
healing and strength to you and when you are healed and strengthened do you not
see that those around you will benefit from the taking of My Name.
So it is in vain if My Name finds no resting place, no
opportunity to succor and enlighten and lighten another’s soul.
So, remember that you can take offense at My Name being
taken in vain and let it stop there in a judgmental mode.
Or you can praise and thank Me for coming to you seeking a
place to alight and make My Home in you.
In one case we are judgmental, in the other we are mightily
blessed. We now know that His Name can’t
be taken in vain if there is a soul nearby that will capture the Name of Jesus
and let it rest in and nourish our soul.
Do not waste any opportunity to hear My Name, repeat it
gently and reverently to yourself and offer to give it a resting place – your
soul.
Do you see how generous Our God is? He will not let anything go that can be used
for good.
He will not disclaim His Name, even taken in vain, if it can
suffice His Purpose of nourishing even one soul. What a Mighty Considerate God!
Go in Peace knowing that you can pick My Name out of the
air, repeat it gently to your soul and offer it abundant love and a place to
dwell.
What a gift from God!
