How do you wish to spend the
rest of your life? In joyful
obedience --- tied to your Lord by Love
and Surrender?
What does that look like in the
long run?
Does it mean that you are being
called deeper into prayer and sacrifice?
But why do you look ahead? So far ahead?
Why not resolve for each moment
of this day to be surrendered to the Lord?
How do you think I feel about
that?
Do you think I want you to
promise yourself to Me forever --- but what does that mean or entail?
Do you just say it once and that
is the only commitment you have to make --- ever.
Why not stay close to the
present.
Why leap ahead, for then you are
trying to live in the future which is not really where you are living now.
Why not be content each day and
maybe throughout the day to surrender yourself to Me.
Let us live in the NOW totally
surrendered to the Lord’s Will so that Will can take you wherever He wants
you.
