O, my precious soul!

My Dear, Dear People, stop your running around.

Stop to gaze at Me. See in Me your Creator, Saviour, and Wisdom Giver.

We crave for this, we crave for that, but really to no avail.  We still crave for more or other things tomorrow.

I beg you to start each day by craving for more of Me in your life.

The things we crave for come and go and do not provide a permanent solution to our cravings.  Really they are not permanent at all are they.

Yet each day to crave more of Me only lends itself to more fulfillment in your life.

This need for Me has been instilled in you from the beginning.  Yet so many times we feel the need as something material that we have to have.

Take guidance from your soul.  Ask your soul “Do I really need this?”

But unfortunately unless you have developed and nourished a relationship with your soul, you will not even think to consult this Seat of Wisdom.

So you see how necessary it is to talk it over with your soul.  Yet first and foremost you have to have a daily healthy relationship with your soul.  You need to acknowledge your soul, the importance of your soul each day of your life.

We awake each morning with plans of what to do for the material me.  But do we awake each day with good intentions to care for the spiritual me?

How we have separated our body and soul into two different entities.

But as a human being you are made-up of body and soul.

So why do we separate them?  Do we believe in our body because we can see, feel, sense it?  Do we then not believe in our soul because our body senses don’t pick it up on the body radar.

Whip away the soul from the body and what have you ?  hmmmm

And yet that is what many do.  They ignore the soul, almost poo-poo it and then think that their body is all that exists.

What floundering goes on for the dear body that needs the soul to spiritually nourish it.

Many of us deny the existence of our soul, yet we do not deny the existence of our body over which we have no power --- yes that is correct.  You did not, could not bring ‘you’ into being. Not possible.

Yet we acknowledge our body as if we created it!  Interesting, eh?

The funny thing is is that if we truly created our own bodies, we would not have created them to look like they do --- true eh?

Look at your nose.  Would you have created it just as it is, or would you have looked for a nicer looking nose?

Look at your height.  Would you not have added a few more inches if you had been the creator of you.

Look at your eyes.  Did you really choose that color for them?

Fascinating isn’t it, that we believe in and care for this body as if it was all we have.

We certainly would not have created the facial wrinkles that come as we age.  But yet here they are!

So we use cream, exercise, special foods in an effort to control our bodies, even though from the very Creation of this body we had no control.  It is a frantic endeavor to control that over which we have oh so little control.

We have more control over the well-being of our souls than over our bodies.  Ponder that for a while.

You have free will to choose right and wrong… to choose good or bad for your soul.

Your body can be in a very distorted place over which you may have no control, yet you still have control with your free will to choose right or wrong for the ‘you’ (your soul) that goes beyond the bodies confinements.

The richness and worth of one’s soul can soar far beyond the confines of our dear bodies.

Each one of us could do greater things if we cared more for our souls than for our bodies.

By allowing our souls to soar and reach their full potential, we are also enabling our bodies to be healthier hosts for our soul.

Beg Me daily to help you to release you from the confines of the body, so together we can explore the riches of your soul.

Don’t you think you will make better choices for your body when you allow your soul to truly take flight and lead you in My Ways?

O precious soul how I have ignored you for so long.

Now this prayer does not imply that you are going to live in regret, and see through dull eyes all the opportunities that we did not use. 

What this prayer reveals, truly reveals is that NOW you are blessed to realize how precious your soul really is.

Thank Me for your precious soul.

Just even breathing the words “O my precious soul” shows Me how dear you see your soul now and into eternity. 

When you utter ‘o my precious soul’ see how it fills you with gratitude and the purpose to protect your precious soul from all harm. 

Now hear Me, your Loving God whisper those words to you “O__________ your precious soul.”

Put your name in there and see how I treasure your precious soul.

Think of when you lose or break a precious material treasure, how you feel the loss of what you had become attached to.

I want you to become attached to your precious soul like this.  To be aware of the pain to your soul when it is broken.

Guard and guide your soul from things that will break it.  Do not look for things from outside that will harm it, but be very aware from things from inside that will ruin it.

“It is what comes forth from the heart of a man…”

So each day greet your precious soul.  Welcome it into this new holy day.  Rejoice that  you have a precious soul that wants to guide you along the right path.

Just breathe “O my precious soul” and see the strength and energy and enthusiasm, and delight it will release in you.

Your body will rejoice to see how well you care for your soul.

Do not, I command you, do not live in the regret of “Oh what have I done over the years to harm my precious soul?”   Because then you are back in the ‘you center’ following the evil one who does not love your precious soul and wants you to abandon it this day, as you live in regret of how you treated it in the past.

I tell you DO NOT SQUANDER THE TIME I am giving you now to appreciate, love and treasure your most precious soul.

You breathe “o my precious soul”, then listen as I breathe to you “o your precious soul”.  We are in accord, we are as one in treasuring your precious soul.

Let this be a day of rejoicing.  Bring Me your precious soul each day so together we can rejoice in each other’s company.

Do you see how we have taken the ‘soul and soul’ prayer up a notch?

Now you will bring your precious soul and another’s precious soul into My Most Sacred Heart.

I tell you I will take you deeper and deeper into the knowledge of Me if you let Me.

I have promised that your obedience to Me will bring you closer and closer to the fullness of Me.

Thank You God, Thank You God, Thank You God.

Go now and sleep.  When you wake to the new holy day, greet your precious soul with Joy.

I love you, each one of you, even those who do not know Me, or scoff at My Presence, I still always will Love you.

You and you and you and you are My Beloved One.
