Linger with Me

I Love My People.

I come to serve each one of you.  I wish to serve you heaps of Joy and Peace.

Just linger with Me for a while.  You see when you linger, you have no set plan, time frame, etc.  It is like you are gently hanging around eager for any morsel that falls from the table.

You are not in a rush.  You are content to linger with Me, not needing anything huge or anything solved, you just enjoy being in My Company. 

I desire you with Me at all times, so I am delighted when you linger a bit longer than you had planned.

Was it something I said?  Was it something inspirational that brings you to linger and ponder?

Was it just the peace you have discovered and want to hang onto for a bit longer before going off to do other things?

Let your lingering inspire you to the fact that even when you go off to do other things --- your soul can still be in the lingering mode.  Let it linger with Me as you go about your chores.

It is not a separation of body and soul.  It is a strengthening of the body to carry out its tasks  --- strengthened by a soul that is hanging out with and hanging onto God.

Just linger with Me --- again not solving great problems but just sitting in an easy chair and being in My Presence.  Relax in the summer sun, not doing anything, but just realizing we are lingering, hanging out together. 

Let Me be present in your lingering moments.  Invite Me to join you in your lingering moments.
