Awake My People.  Rejoice in this new day.  Call Me forth to be in charge of your day.  Give Me permission to live and reign in your soul.   

When did you take your first breath this morning?  A silly question?  But I know when you first breathed on awakening.

Such simple things, yet all necessary for you to greet this new holy day!

We get lost in the trappings of what we plan to do, when all would not be possible if first you did not just BE.

You did not awaken saying “I must breathe now.”  Or “I must open my eyes.”  Or “I must listen for all sounds today.”

You awakened in the fullness of Being you this day.

We thank God for the new holy day.  Do we ever thank Him for our very BEING in this new holy day?

He calls forth the new day, but He also calls us forth in this new holy day, not at first to “do” things, but to “BE” with Him in this new holy day.

Thank Him for jump starting ‘you’ in this new holy day.  For bringing you ever more into His Presence, for giving you the opportunity and Graces to be ever more in His Presence.

Thank Him for Creating you anew in this new holy day.

Anew to let go of the past.  Anew to live with Him more deeply this day.  Anew to allow the future to be all in His Good Hands, in His Good Time.

Celebrate this generous God who does not burden you, but blesses you with His Constant Presence.

We may think we can’t thank Him enough.  But He does not measure our thank-yous.  All He does is accept them Lovingly.

So no fancy ribbons or bows or wrapping paper when we present out thank-yous, just a simple humble heart that whispers many, many times thank-you.  Not that we have to say it many, many times, but as we gradually see God in more and more of our life, each new ‘more’ moment will call forth a thank you from our delighted soul.

Now, sit quietly and Love Me.
