#703 Mon. July 31/17, at home 5pm
Hear the sirens. Send Me there. No, rather come there spiritually with Me and
surround it all with Love and compassion.
Do not falter to bring Me into all
situations. Have you brought Me in as
you are doing the rosaries? I did not
hear you ask Me to join you! Ask Me now
and I will join you.
Such simple tasks that we forget to include
Me in. There is no sin here, yet there
is no growing closer. It is almost done
in a ho-hum, relaxing fashion that we don’t think I would like to help.
Put aside all that has happened today and
thank Me, take time to thank Me, take time to thank Me profusely and most
sincerely for this day.
Take the time, make an extra effort to come
aside and thank Me. You may have thanked
Me throughout the day, but this is just an extra special request to come aside
and BE with Me.
Don’t let the evil one separate you, even
minutely, from our getting together. He
will even say ‘well you said at the start of the day that you were
grateful. How many times does God need
to hear it?’
You see how he separates us. He questions My Need for thanks and your need
to thank. He knows I do not need it and
he also knows you need to do it more than often, thus keeping his evil whispers
at bay.
He might even try to convince you that too
many thank-yous make you look foolish, and whose pride wants to hear that you
look foolish.
His tongue and thoughts are not My
Ways! So as he tries to influence you,
he will use our most sinful pride. He
knows we have pride and he loves to play on that weaker part of each of us.
So, say thank you 10x a day, maybe even 20x
a day, but no more because he wants you convinced that God will think you are
acting too, too foolish. That even God
thinks it is stupid for you to say thank you over and over again.
But that is NOT God’s thought. God wants you present with Him at all times
and He gives you all the time needed to be ever so grateful for your blessings
otherwise He knows your pride will certainly take over and make you think that
you are doing this --- all this good stuff, on your own, under your own power.
So, the more you thank God, the less
likelihood of pride getting control of you.
It is not “Thank You God for making me such
a nice person.” But rather “Thank You
God for making me.” “Thank You God for
inspiring me to love as you would have me love.” “Thank You God for whispering in my ear to hold
my tongue and not gossip.”
“Thank You God for making me in Your image
and likeness.”
“Thank You God for teaching me how to pray.”
“Thank You God for all the things I can see
and touch right now.”
Never weary of thanking God for He has
provided it ALL.
You need not focus the thank you on you,
but rather on God the Creator.
Go now in Peace to love and serve the Lord
--- with thanks galore.
