Do not become disturbed by any news you hear.
Bring it all to Me and place it in My Sacred Heart before it overtakes you and takes you down a dark path of despair.
You see, one moment we can be elated and another we can be struggling with despair.
Share deeply each of these moments with Me.
I do not want to be removed from you at any time of your life, so please keep Me front and center in casual times, elated times, times of despair, times of wishful thinking, quiet times.
When do you bring Me on board and when do you have little to do with Me?
Why not live in constant union with Me? Why not?
So how do I keep you constantly before me, Lord?
That is a great question.
By surrendering to Me --- by being grateful to Me, by seeking My Advice, by lamenting with Me, by loving with Me.
