A word of caution.  Do not withhold your love even for an instant.  Do not stop for a fraction of a minute to analyze what is said to you in what you interpret as a hurtful  manner. 

These are simply tests of your love.  

I do not want you to feel you love everyone all the time when actually you don’t.  That is the Truth and I have told you I will only speak the Truth.  Anything else will not enhance your life and bring you closer to Me.

But, you say, sometimes people frustrate me, upset me, make me want to growl.  And that is very true of  your nature.  

But ask yourself why you react like this. If I was in the room speaking to you like this would you be upset?

Of course you wouldn’t because you know I know what needs to be said to bring you closer to Me.  

So each time you feel ‘hurt’ or ‘bugged’ – stop instantly.  Note it is your feelings you are allowing to rule you.  It is not My Words which say Love and Love always.

If you have to, pretend that the person making the comment is Me and then see how your reaction will be.

Of course this is only pretend.  I want you to be able to Love, truly Love in all circumstances.

So free yourself, your time, your energy to truly Loving.

Be sure that you use Loving language in response.  Be sure you don’t pretend because I will know even if no one else knows.  

Reflect on My Love.  Point out to Me where people said and did nasty things to Me and show Me where I did not Love, and Love again.  

Sometimes we think we are making great strides towards Me and that is true, but it is the oh so little things that trip us up and keep us bound to our emotions and feelings.

Feel nothing but Love going from you and coming to you.  

The person who is saying ‘things’ may not mean them with a mean intention, but we love to take them like that and feel sorry for ourselves.  

This is not martyrdom, but self-centeredness.  And that is such a necessary point to address.

So come to Me, sit with Me, ask Me to help you not react like this --  unlovingly, and to respond, if words are needed or not, with Love.
