THE LIE -- #1317

You heard My Call.  I am never far away and I am always guiding you but My Call to write My Words is quite different.

You heard My Call.  Do you realize that I call many, yet they are not attuned to respond and that should be of no concern of yours.

You heard My Call.  And how do you respond  --- with obedience, joyful obedience?

I most certainly hope so.  Because My Call is meant to bring you closer to Me.

Do not sigh because you had something else planned.

OR

Time Me to see how long I am asking you to serve Me with your pen and paper.

Neither is important.

The sigh should be a sigh of thanksgiving that you are hearing from Me.

The pen and paper call for thanksgiving because otherwise you could not record My dictations.

So, whenever I Call and whomever I Call deserves a huge thank You God from you.

Now do not beat yourself up if that is not your immediate response, but I do advise that you jump quickly into thanks otherwise the evil one will have you setting up your time against My use of your time.

Do you see how he works?

He will tell you that if I truly am God I would give you your time to and for yourself and not interrupt you.

A nice God would ask you to name the time that you feel you are free to serve Him.  He would kindly be obedient to you.

Now does that sound like the God of Creation?

He Creates only to be subservient and obedient to you?

So, what power do you have that is greater than His?

Because by you playing God that is what you are inferring.

I am in charge says you as you get busy and go out and color all the leaves on the trees in autumn. 

I am in charge as you go about making each blade of grass sprout.

I am in charge as you decide the formation of clouds and the placement of the stars and moon.     

Can you see the lie in each of these?

The evil one delights in the fact that you will be willing to live in the lie of “I am in charge.”
