 #301  Thursday, Sept. 18/14,  9:45am, St.Theresa’s before the Blessed Sacrament

I have come Lord to do Your Will.

Anyone of us can say this.  

It is a sentiment that will reach My Ears and show how you intend to walk with Me this day.

Do no harm.  Do not try to fix anyone or anything.  

Remember to first come to Me and ask Me to remove the log from your eye.

We get caught up thinking we have the answer for a lot of people’s lives/struggles.  We think they should do this or that and all would be better.

Be aware of false prophets.  

You will soon be convinced that you have the answer to all the world’s problems --- far, far from it.  

Yet the devil will let you think that you have and that your ideas will set the world all right.

You shake your head NO, but I know what is in your heart. 

Why would you think you have the solution to anything?  Anything that you may have done to better the World has come from Me first and foremost.

Why would you think that you have to fix things?   

Aaah, you guessed it.  Because then you do not have to look at yourself and see what needs fixing, because you are quite convinced that there is little in you that needs fixing.

And again you say NO Lord, I know I need fixing.  

Then be about doing that job first and foremost.

Do not let Me see you trying to improve someone else’s life before you give Me your life and beg Me to help you get it right.

Sure I have told you to help others, but not as the ruler and knower-of-all, but more as a compassionate friend who is willing to walk with and pray with them.  So together you can ask Me to help you both make good decisions. 

In our eagerness to help fix others, we almost deliberately want to avoid looking inward to see what kind of house we have made for the Lord to come and dwell in.

Harden not your heart.  

Because when you look outward with the plan to fix things, you have certainly hardened your heart which is eager to hear My Words for your wounded heart.

Yes, yes indeed.  Your heart is wounded.  Will you dare admit that to Me right now?

We think we are relatively aok.  

We pray, we smile at others and greet others.  

We don’t swear.

But those maybe things you do because you want to.

Have you asked Me what I want you to do above and beyond your choices?

Oooh  ---  this may call for sacrifice?  

You may have to sacrifice your plans for being pious, and seek Me and My Plans not for piety but for service to Me in My Name and for the good of My Creation.

We get into a routine.  I will say such and such so that folks will know where I stand when it comes to God.

But if my stand and my opinion have not changed in years, how does that demonstrate that I am growing closer and closer to the Lord?

You know from having read the pages to date how much you are seeing differently because you are seeing through My Eyes, not yours.

If you do not grow, then you are in a rut.  

Either you are content to stay where you are because it seems a safe place and space, or you would rather not hear more from Me because then you may have to change and you don’t feel you need to because you are pretty good as you are right now.

Really, you are either walking with Me as your leader and guide or you are walking with you as your own counsellor.  It is as simple as that.

If you are not willing to grow with My Words and My Love instructing you, then how do you call yourself Christian?

As Christ, I grew into My Role.

If you are not willing to give up all that you have made up that supposedly shows you as a Christian and willingly toss it aside and come to me daily to be re-christianed, then who are you following?

Daily you need a new heart, filled with My Divine Love by Me and focused on serving only Me.

This sounds demanding I know, but do you wish to be My Follower or not?  

If you say yes, then I invite you to invite Me daily into your new heart and give Me free rein to BE ALL according to the Love that I know this World needs.

You do not have the over-all picture. I do.

Let Me reign in your heart and free Me to reign in the hearts of others.

Jesus wants me happy with Him in Heaven.  

Let go and let Me in your heart.
