Do not waste a moment wondering if it is Me calling.
Just answer yes and then listen.
I may have a big announcement or it may be just that “I Love you”.
But it doesn’t matter what I have to say, please be attentive.
Ask for the Grace to be Attentive. Now, what does that mean?
Well for one thing to be aware that I am always with you.
That is sometimes a hard pill to swallow because sometimes you do not want Me in your life.
You think that once you have said your morning prayers or gently greeted Me then you can do your own thing without further consulting with Me.
And yes, most times you can do your own thing, BUT for someone wanting to walk with the Lord our question should be --- “is this a God thing He wants done?”
So often we do not want to be bound by His rules but look around you.
We already are bound by His Rules and we don’t object --- gravity, the thickness of our hair, whether we have a dimple or not when we smile, the very air we breathe.
Start to recognize and be grateful for all the things the Lord has already put in place for us to live as human beings.
The more we recognize and be grateful for the things the Lord has already put in place, the more we will reference His Will more often in our lives.
