Speak to me Lord.

 Awaken in me the sense of who I am and who You are.

 I need You, dear Lord.

 How do I remain close to You?

 Please help me, take care of me, guide me.

 Do not abandon me.

 Well, as you know, perhaps you don’t know, the fact that I do not, never have and never will abandon you.

 So, when you feel abandoned, I have not moved away from you, from Loving you, Caring for you.

 Just settle yourself back in the safety of My Most Sacred Heart.

 Now, you can say it to yourself or out loud.

 "Lord, I want to be in Your Most Sacred Heart.  I want to dwell There 24/7.”

 Don’t try to figure out what has caused you to leave His Most Sacred Heart but rather reiterate that that is where you want to be all the time.
