Sun. Nov.23/14 Feast of Christ
the King
I will pour forth My Blessings on My People
in abundance.
Let Me fulfill My Kingship in you.
Let Me rule in your heart.
Let Me care for all that your heart holds
dearly and those things you do not even want entering and residing in your
heart.
Come, let Me live in your heart. Let Me show you the power I can unleash in
your life if you let Me.
My Reign in your heart is not one of terror
and fear.
So if you have invited Me in and yet still
feel these emotions, I ask you to come to Me and ask Me again to open your
heart to receive My Peaceful, peace-giving Graces.
Shatter the darkness that we sometimes let
rule in our lives.
Capture My Kingdom in your heart. Allow ME to Reign in your heart. “Come Lord Reign in my heart.”
When you hear your small grumblings, your
small judgments, your small meanness, then see how I am not the King of your
heart.
We often wonder how we can tell if Christ Reigns
in us. Well these are simple examples
which, once you realize them, you will know when I am not King of your heart.
They are marvelous measuring tools. Thank Me for revealing these to you.
You see the sin, the turning from Me to
you, does not have to be big at all, yet each turning from Me lessens My Value
to you in your heart.
What a gift this day of days! So don’t be looking for the big sins that are
so in your face and very recognizable by you as great dividers between you and
Me.
Be ever more conscious of those small sins
that sneakily eat away at My Kingdom in your heart.
They are just tiny nibbles, yet they still
eat away at our relationship.
Just look at a new table you are thinking
to purchase. You go over it to be sure
there are no scratches, dents, or small pieces missing. You want a perfect piece of furniture. Right?
So how often do we ‘go over’ our souls in a
sincere effort to see what is not perfect in our soul.
We are not seeking perfection. NO, NO.
We are seeking a healthy relationship with the Lord. So, if we do see a nick or a scratch we do
not get discouraged but thank Our God for revealing to us how even these small
marks on our soul are not good for the health of our soul.
By letting Me Reign in your soul I am able
to make you more readily aware of things in your life that can cause scratches
and dents before they take a piece out of your soul.
“Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven.” And allow the King of the Kingdom to rule in
your heart.
It is not a Kingdom ‘out there’ that we
seek. It is a Kingdom ‘within’ that we
seek.
“Precious King, reign in my heart.”
Just as we ask the sweet infant Jesus to
take birth in our hearts, we can also ask the King of Kings to Reign in our
hearts. Certainly it is the One and Same
God, yet each invocation imparts to our heads a further strengthening of our
dear heart as we meet each new holy day and face the world with His Love, His
Mercy, His Forgiveness.
I want to be ALL in the ALL of you. As a child when you feel you need that
blessing, as a suffering Christ when you need these Graces, as a poor person
when you need these Graces, as a king when you need these special Graces.
There is no conflict between using one
prayer over another. The need for the
variety of prayers is so that I can sustain you through all situations.
One prayer you may feel does not suffice
your needs in a certain situation, whereas another does.
Another expresses to Me your need for that Me that will satisfy that
need of yours.
Now sit still and invoke Me as “Jesus
King.”
