A gentle day

Come aside and sit quietly with Me.  There is no noise that need distract us.  Let us BE with each other and share the day with each other.

What do you feel you have accomplished today? 

What attitude did you have through most of your day?

How have you felt about today?

I encourage you to BE present with Me each day and throughout the day.

Did I caution you about your ‘mind’ comments and you listened didn’t you.

Did you feel Me more present than the angst that sometimes overcomes you?

Would you feel you have had a gentle day?

What a Grace to have a gentle day.  You let nothing bother you.  Not that there was a lot to bother you this day, but you could have blown things out of proportion if you had not heeded My Voice and wanted to walk with Me as your guide and lead.

Isn‘t it funny how worry pops up and you can either worry, or gently hand it over to Me. We sometimes pick on the stupidest things to worry about. 

And while you are uselessly spending time worrying, you have wasted spending the valuable time with Me.   Time that you will never get again!

Have you been gentle with yourself today?

Have you  been gentle with family and friends today?

Have you gently taken each one to prayer?  Well if not, do it right now.

Deepen your gentleness towards them by bringing their dear precious souls into My Most Sacred Heart.

You are then not only gentle in person to the person, but gentle in soul, for your soul and their soul.  We can’t hold back gentleness and live with it on just the physical level.  That is just us and it really depends on how we ourselves are feeling.

But to grab their precious soul and your precious soul and gently enter into My Most Sacred Heart, takes extra time.

Once the family member or friend has left or stopped chatting, then take them to prayer.

Notice how we finish with a visit, then go off and do something else we had planned to do which is not usually taking their souls into My Most Sacred Heart.

When you hang up from a phone call, or text message, dart into My Most Sacred Heart with your soul and their soul and thank Me for the time I give you to share with the other person --- thank Me for your soul and their soul.
